  We recently purchased a game table from Jeff at Family Leisure. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience. Jeff was very professional and did exactly everything he said he would. We received our table even before promised, the price was better than we had received from the internet, and the delivery guys were also exceptionally professional. I was very impressed with our experience and will definitely be recommending them to our friends.

  Jeff at Family Leisure was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in search of a play set for my kids for our backyard and I needed it quickly. Jeff went above and beyond, quickly making honest recommendations. He was able to arrange delivery before Christmas and get us the swing set we wanted! Family Leisure had a great selection in store and online. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

  Based on past experiences, I would not recommend this company, but its now under new ownership. I hope this company improves now that it is no longer being ran by the incorrect people.
  
  Now, the contractors they use, is a whole different story. Professional with their work, but not with the way they run their business and treat their employees.

  It was a wonderful experience. Purchased on Memorial Day and pool was installed on the 8th of June. The team (Andy's) that installed the pool was very professional. Worked non-stop. They were finished in 4 hours and 45 minutes. Great job.

  This has been an awful experience. Do not depend on there schedule. The company has absolutely no organization. They promised to be at our home for installation 4 times and no showed each time without even a call. Our pool leaks and is still not complete. Very disappointed. Would not do business with them again.

  I wish that I could give these clowns negative stars, we bought our pool last yr and they didn't install the liner correctly, and promised to replace it this month. They were supposed to be there between 9-12 called at 10 and said their contractor quit?!?! Now they refuse to even try to work with me about having it ready for Memorial Day! So disgusted. Save yourself some time and a lot of headache shop elsewhere.

  I bought an above ground pool 10 months ago from Family Leisure. The package included installation. As of today, it still has NOT been installed. After I started calling, it appeared that they wanted to help, but now no one is available, not even a manager .Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not buy an above ground pool from this company. They are a lot of talk and NO DO! I would give minus 10 stars if I could!!!!!

  I had a wonderful experience with my recent pool install. The instillation crew was fantastic. Well mannered, and polite. They did a wonderful job. I could not have asked for a better experience and better service.

  This has been the worst experience with any company in my 62 years of life. The pool installers did a horrible job, did not honor any timelines, left trash all over our back yard, tore our existing pool deck up (literally) and left it unusable, installed the pool below the existing deck and unleveled, even though there was a full load of sand (still in our front yard) that could have been used to build up the base. We are left with an unusable pool deck, a pool that is not level and not user-friendly and Family Leisure has not contacted us after emailing us that someone would be in touch immediately. Pool was installed just after Memorial Day and I cut them major slack on getting back to me. Beware of Family Leisure Holiday Sales! They have lost my business and respect forever and I will warn all my family and friends.

  The most unorganized pathetic excuse for a buisness I have ever delt with 3 trips out to my house and I still don't have a complete pool installed I will never deal with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!p.s.with all the revues I just read I don't know how they stay in buisness tyey need to be shut down
