  Hello, my wife and i moved here in richmond last year from lexington. Ive been in this store several times with my family to buy groceries, toys etc. Today my brother in law and me went into this store 00636 for a few grocery items. After purchasing, the cashier announced she had already ran us out once for stealing and told us not to come back. I was a bit confused and found it funny because i had never seen this particular cashier. On the other hand my brother wasnt so amused and was upset because he works 2 jobs and shouldn't be accused or slandered. After telling the cashier she was mistaken we left the store and was followed out by a short-tempered dark girl who is believed to be the store manager. She tells us " i dunno if yall are coming in here and stealing or not but you are not going to speak to my cashier that way and the next time yall come in here youll be arrested for trespassing." Because of this i will not longer shop at family dollar. I hope others who shop here arent treated with the same disrespect and will report all inadequacy.

  Rude employee needs to get fired. Short lady with glasses name starts with an M I believe. Every time I come into this store to get my groceries, little items, etc. she always has the worst attitude. Never is friendly, never is helpful, I honestly come here every week to purchase items and I will NOT be returning until she learns better customer service or is fired completely. Why work a job she clearly hates???? Besides her, the other employees are great. I have never had any issues with anyone but her. She also has been very rude to my roommate before, not even knowing that she was my roommate. The other employees at this location are very helpful and super friendly. Help me quickly if I have questions and so on. So thank you to the employees there who actually care about their job and the customers who are loyal to that store. My rating for the store itself is a 5 they have what I need always. Hope this helps.
