  Good - Excellent selection of power tools and equipment from a local store. Knowledgeable, Mark is the "go to" for all your Stihl questions. He is the only one there who seems enthusiastic about the products they sell.
  
  Bad - If you go in there dressed like a millennial or clean looking "city kid" expect a non existant customer service experience. Every time I ask for help in the store, I get this vibe like I am bothering them, as if I have no business being in the store.
  
  The cashier ladies are always friendly though.
  
  Wishes - Would be nice if they had a military discount. They lose out on my big purchases to Lowe's.
  
  They need to carry more American made tools. There are no stores that do anymore. I now either have to call a truck or order online.
  
  This review has been evolving for the better. About 3 years ago you couldn't give me money to spend there.

  There is someone there always to help. I get a lot of my livestock feed there and there's always somebody to load it for me. They have almost anything you need and a lot of things you don't a nice place to get some original gifts and one of the best places to get a unique special occasion card, birthdays anniversaries.....

  This is a great store for tools, much misc. farm equipment & supplies, most animal feeds, knives & sharpening equipment, informative books, good wearable clothing for men, women & children, great selection of boots, lawn & garden supplies, bird feeders & feed, great homemade jams & jellies, great gifts for adults & kids too & lots of small gadgets, some necessary, some novelty. Probably more then I mentioned. I don't see how anyone can spend only 15 minutes in there. More like an hour for me & I live close. Great nice, helpful employees. Give it a 10!

  Friendly and very helpfull employee. Dan answered all my questions then walked with me in order to find all the parts i needed to finish my project. The store offered quite a large selection of tools and hardware. Large in size but has that wonderful small town atmosphere and attitude!

  Good - Excellent selection of power tools and accessories from a local store. Knowledgeable staff.
  
  Bad - The manager and employees seem disinterested. My dad was dropping $800 and the manager and sales person had the body language and attitude that they were being bothered.
  
  They need to have commissioned sales people, maybe that will get their employees motivated to be friendly and helpful. This is the 4th time I've been to this store and every time they have a "whatever" attitude. The cashier girl was friendly though.
