Dear Bob Pritchett and Dale Pritchett; KiSir, (Founders)
Your representative who says his name is Adam is one of the rudest, arrogant, and impatient customer service personnel is the business.
I purchase the new NIV bible and the download just didn't work. After waiting for 14 minutes on the phone, Adam answered. He was so arrogant I just couldn't take it anymore and requested to speak with someone else. Well, that didn't get me very far, and the problem still isn't fix.
