Having to stay was sad due to the reason I needed the hotel. It was not luxury but life's roadbumos which left me homeless. However despite the situation my stay was beyond exceptional! Thank u for making a horrible time in my life a little less sucky
Staff pleasent and helpful.
Hotel fairly well kept, not perfect but better than most as far as cleanliness and up to date.
Mattresses in our room were both broken down a little with sunken spots in the middle.
Free breakfast a little behind in fruit assortment but fresh fruit in apples and grapes were offered. Bananas and melon were gone.
Not terrible place to stay. Not a big fan of the beds. Too soft for me. Not many tv channels and only one elevator works. Ive been here for 6 weeks so far. The staff is 5 star
Loved this place. Attendants were very pleasant. Rooms nice and clean. Great continental breakfast in the morning. Love the all day coffee bar too
The main lobby is spacious and very clean. The front desk clerk is presentable, courteous, and helpful. The parking is free (first come, first serve). The men's room in the lobby is for one person at a time (one toilet and one bathroom vanity). And every hotel guest gets free breakfast. Room reservation is highly recommended; last minute walk-in does not guarantee available room(s).
Reasonably priced lower end Inn of the Marriott chain. Clean well appointed rooms, friendly staff.
This is a very comfortable room. All the basics you need for your stay. And all their employees are friendly and helpful.
Quite a nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean and well-decorated lobby and rooms, super comfy beds, all the amenities you'd expect from a $150 hotel. Near a TON of entertainment and food options. Didn't have any trouble parking myself, but it seemed like a rather small lot -- might have trouble on a busier night or with a trailer. Continental breakfast was pretty good, though the sole waffle maker was in high demand and I was unable to get one despite keeping an eye on it while I ate other food for about 40 minutes. They did have eggs (both scrambled and pre-made omelette things), bagels, little cakes, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, and apple juice as well. Drink vending machine on the 3rd floor, and a small selection of snacks in the Market corner by the front desk. Free amenities included in the room itself were separate body and face soaps, shampoo and conditioner, and even a single makeup remover towelette. Now, a couple things -- the wall in the shower had very obvious damage to it, about 8-10" wide, but it didn't affect my ability to take a shower, so I assumed it was something that would just be fixed soon. Also, we discovered a single purple sock under a bed skirt, and a half-empty bottle of cologne in the fridge; neither item belonged to us, so they must have just been overlooked by housekeeping. However, none of these three issues were at all serious; we didn't feel the need to notify the front desk about them, so we didn't request discounts or downgrade the star rating on this review either, because the room was otherwise clean and appealing, and overall functional. Enjoyed our stay, and will be looking to stay again!
Clean, accommodating, good free breakfast, and very reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable and Libby's were immaculate! Pool was refreshing but hot tub didn't really work well. I will most likely stay here again next time I am in Baltimore!
Great staff, they listen and understand your requests and concerns. Everyone has been helpful to all the quests that I have seen.
Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable, clean, an recently furnished. Breakfast is inclusive. Very busy when here, but definitely would stay again.
Fastest check in I have ever done which was great since I was dead tired. Rooms super clean. Beds nice. Breakfast was top notch for this place. Got the room for 120$ and it was worth every penny. If you can get this place under 140 I would say it's definitely worth it and you won't be disappointed. Parking was a little tight. Plenty around the place to find yourself somewhere to eat or play.good luck.
I wanted to thank you for the great service I received on Monday morning when I was stranded with nowhere to go. The gentlemen at the front desk at 1:00 am was very helpful, kind and compassionate. He booked me a room quickly seeing that I was in distress and was extremely kind. The same is true of the gentleman that was at the front desk Monday morning. He offered to hotel shuttle to take me to my rental car down the road and was very upbeat and kind when I was feeling very low. I just wanted to thank your kind staff for going above and beyond when I was in need and far from home (Maine). Please thank them for me, I am sorry I don't have their names only the times they were working. They were both amazing. Thank you!
