The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was good. However, they shorted our room on towels and then made us come down and get the towels instead of sending them up.

Room was clean and pleasant. Beds were comfortable and staff polite. They didn't bother to make sure the room had the appropriate number of towels or toiletries, even though they knew I had reserved the suite for 6 people weeks earlier. When I called and asked for the missing items, I was told that I would need to go down and get them myself from the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and well stocked.

Clean, comfortable beds, grabbed about a thousand mints coming in and out at the front desk. They won't kick you out of the hot tub after it closes and great continental breakfast.

The first room I was given had a faulty cable service and a wet smelling room. The suite I was moved to was better then the previous room, but still had that moist, old A/C smell. I would give the hotel a 4-star overall just for the customer service, but I have to spend 3 nights here, so 3-stars it is!

Staff was great! We had dirty sheets but they were changed when asked. They were also at full capacity which resulted in a cold shower. Handy location, Wing's Etc was a great place to grab a drink and walk back to the hotel.

Extremely nice service. Very very clean. Everyone there was amazing. And it's right by wings etc. so i was able to get some food during my stay.

I've stayed here numerous times on my way to & from MI to VA. The beds are wonderful and the bedding and pillows are perfect! Friendly staff, very nice clean rooms, pool & hot tub area is comfortable--pool could be a little warmer tho! The breakfast is always good & the dining area is nice with a fireplace & big screen tv.
