Great Lobby area for hanging out. Loud noise from the highway kept me up at night though. Use a noise machine app to drown out the racket.

when I checked into the hotel I had called the hotel directly before hand because I had a gift certificate for 2 night complimentary stay. they asked for a credit card to hold for incidentals,no problem, I made sure it would not pens for anything 2nd was assured it wouldn't. the next morning I found it ran for $420 when I went to the desk they informed me it was reversed and the money would be back in 4-6 business days. when I started to complain the 2 gentlemen informed me it was my fault because I booked it wrong (I literally followed the directions o. the certificate) and when I tried to explain that they kept telling me no I booked it wrong it would be in 4-6 days. I don't know about anyone else but $400 taken away during your vacation is a pretty penny. I have asked for a manager twice and still have not spoken to one.

Super hotel staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic. Breakfast fantastic I had looked at another hotel but for one dollar more I got breakfast included here.
Rooms spotless Flynn the bus driver one of life's gents. I had never heard of Charlotte in my life until (Irma) made us leave Miami, and am I glad she did what a lovely city full of lovely people and this fantastic hotel Thank you I will return for a longer stay.

Great little hotel! Up to date and clean. The breakfast area and bar were really nice and unlike other Fairfields, they had a restaurant. The food was great.

Easily one of the best I've ever stayed in! Front desk/Check in:. We had a long travel day and I was a hot mess when we checked in, they were so sweet and efficient and could not have been nicer. And had ice cold flavored water in a dispenser, can I give you six stars? My new best friend:. Julia at the breakfast service, I mean, really? She's a true GEM, I want to come back just to talk to her in the morning! (And I hate mornings!). She makes you feel so welcome, she's sweet lady! Only thing I hate about it? Leaving. I could go on and on, it's really all about the little things in life -. This place thought of those "little things" and gives them to you. I hope I get to come back again!!!!

This hotel knows their stuff! Attended a business conference here planned by the sales staff, WOW! Everything was perfect, on-site parking, transportation to our group outing at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, spacious up to date rooms with a fridge and microwave, dinner in their restaurant Q Tavern (i think that's the name?). Too bad I had an all day meeting because their outdoor pool looked AWESOME and I heard the gym is A+! Stay here, you'll love it (thank me later)!

I was in town on business, this is where I chose to stay. I must say it was a great decision. Lovely hotel! Your staff is so friendly. I also decided to check out your Bar the Q Tavern, your Bartender Shauna is amazing. Such a sweet and personable young lady! So much fun. She is definitely a great asset to your team. It's always welcoming to meet someone that cares about their job so much. She is amazing. Keep up the great work!

This hotel is very clean, has a friendly staff, cozy rooms, a very nice restaurant/lounge, easy convenient parking, a very willing shuttle service, and one of the best included breakfasts that I've experienced. Love this Hotel. Stay there at least once a year for sporting events. You can walk to both Hornets and Panthers games!! Or take the free shuttle. The rooms are newly renovated and the staff is great. Free breakfast!

We had our wedding at the Fairfield and it was amazing. All the staff were incredibly kind and met our needs. We worked with Audrey and she was wonderful, kind, professional and so GREAT to work with!! We had the most spectacular wedding and thank the Staff for their help :) Thanks again to Audrey :)
