  Definitely recommend!! I put my info in online. Within a few minutes I got a call from Ray. Ray had me explain my situation to him & then we scheduled an appointment in person. A few days later I went in person. My thoughts walking in…. the office is very clean & the couches are so comfy. The lady at the front desk is very nice & professional. Ray came out & called me into his office. I went in, sat down & we started talking…. He remembered EVERYTHING I told him over the phone days prior. He remembered every single detail of what I had explained to him without even looking at notes or anything. Ray was a pleasure to work with the entire time. He made me really comfortable so I trusted them to handle to my case & that’s exactly what they did. Any time I called into the office I was either transferred to Ray automatically & if he was in the office he answered EVERY TIME. If he was out of the office I left a voicemail & he returned my call immediately after returning. This staff is very honest & trustworthy. I was never rushed whether I went in person or whether we talked over the phone. Any question I ever had the entire time was answered. If Ray didn’t know the answer to a question I had he found someone who did & immediately returned my call with the answer. I never had to worry or wonder what was going on because Ray kept me in the loop the entire time. He explained the entire process to me thoroughly & made sure I understood what was going on the entire time. I would recommend anyone & everyone to call this office or submit your information online so they can call you if you are in need of an injury attorney. You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you Ray, attorneys & staff for EVERYTHING y’all did for me & for being so kind & honest during these past few months. Thank y’all for handling my case & never making me feel like I was forgotten or like my case didn’t matter. Unfortunately 5 stars is the highest this goes. If I could give more, I definitely would!! Thank y’all again.

  Richard and Emma were the best they were always helpful on all my questions and always kept me updated on everything that was going on during the case. Richard always made visits with us and explain things to the fullest. I am very please with the out come of this case and I would highly recommend Richard and Emma for to anyone needing assistance on any case that this law firm can help with.   Richard Hardy took on my dad's work injury case after three other lawyers made us feel that there was no case. He was honest and forthcoming with us about the difficulty of the case but he was still willing to represent us. His empathy, actions and support have made us feel like my dad's family and not just another case especially after my dad's death which was a result of the injuries he endured. Richard and Emma fought for my dad and our family and won. They found people to help with my dad’s estate and in getting a headstone after the first one was bought, paid for, and never received. They helped with so much and in matters that weren’t in their area of expertise they found people who could help in us.
  My mother and family will never forget all that they did for us.
