  For Service, Support and Creativity Fabulous Florals was outstanding. I used them for an abundance of flowers for my daughters bridal shower. I was searching to find a way to get Tulips in late June and Fabulous Florals came to the challenge. Plus they recommended other flowers to help bring our vision of a Tuscany theme to reality. I’m a novice and they were right along side me. The website offers lots of information as well.
  
  Plus we had a delivery snafu with FedEx…the flowers got stuck in shipping…and the team at Fabulous Florals were there to help me and even refunded me quickly for any flowers that were damaged. They are going the extra service mile to get me a refund from FedEx (who I can’t give a good review too). Do watch out for the cost of delivery…it was more than I expected and then FedEx botched in execution.

  Wonderful experience overall: good prices, good quality flowers, and fast and attentive customer service every step of the way. When some of my flowers arrived smashed due to clumsy FedEx handlers, Fabulous Florals quickly gave me a refund for the damaged flowers. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

  Fabulous Florals is top tier. I love having fresh flowers in my home and I also enjoy making floral arrangements for family and friends for special occasions and simple acts of kindness. The beauty of flowers is therapeutic and what I love about Fabulous Florals is their extensive variety and impeccable customer care. I have placed multiple flower orders from them for the past year and each order arrives with quality, freshness, brightness, and beauty.

  The poor flowers (black baccara and pink garden roses) that i bought from this company came in three days late due to Fedex missing their overnight priority delievery twice due to "local reasons". I was expecting completely whitered plants but still got some half decent looking flowers along with the wait. In their prime, I'm sure they would have looked awesome. Nonetheless, this company has agreed to give me a full refund. I have high hopes for a company with deep integrity as this. Thank you FabulousFlorals.

  The best customer service I have ever experienced. Great communication, beautiful fresh flowers and arrived exactly on time. Connie went above and beyond to help with substitutions, sending photos, etc. I accidently picked the wrong delivery date and luckily it was discovered before the shipment went out. Connie was gracious and changed the date for the proper day, even though it was the last minute discovery. She saved the day. I have ordered several times in the past and never disappointed.
