The cover is ridiculous, and you need to get there really early to have a seat; otherwise it's good music and good people. The staff is good too

Hookah, music and ambiance was nice but the service was too slow. Take hours to order and get the food. Overall its a decent place!

The establishment is nice and very chill, but the women's restroom needs to be updated. The lady I was with said it was dark and scary. They also need a bartender. The only cocktail they knew how to make was a long island iced tea.

Worst place ever. Going there was like a nightmare. Ruined my time. Worst service, forced us to buy drinks against our will. Bouncers seem high on weed and confiscated me from going out to attend an urgent call. Very rude and disrespectful.

place is good to hangout..good dj ..hookah is good..all over i would have given 4 stars to this place..but i am giving three because of thier security..the old guy waa a jerkand m not talking about security..i am fine with it since its for thier safety and customers safety..i am talkin about being jerk in general reason..my friend went out and wanted to come back..we were willing to pay the reentrt fee but he didnt let us enter and took 10$ from us which he put in his pocket since he straight forwardly ask us for cashand at the end..i came out with a cup of water..and he let me go out..right when we reached out to our car.we were getting ready to sit in car since we had a long drive ahead when he came running to us and starting yelling that we are not allowed to stand here and drink stuff and that he is gonna call the cops..and let me tell you it was just with in a minute of us stepping outside of the bar..they need to change thier securityor teach them a little about customer service which should start right when we pull up in thier parkingalso they charged us 20$ cover fees ..since it was a belly dance night..which literally was only for less than half hour..hookah rate was 20$ but they kept asking for 25$ ..i dont understand how can tax be 5$ on 20$ bill..

Worst customer service.. u will have to tell them thrice or they won't get it and in the end they will make u stand up and make u go to the bartender.. I was so disappointed to go there.. if I could I would not even rate it 1 but 0

FIRE N ICE is not a place that is generally my scene, but the drinks were good, the bar tenders friendly (one went out of his way to bring me back my sweater that fell on the floor) and though crowded, it wasn't too bad. I got the sense that it's a very popular place for singles. Cash only, but there's an ATM in the bar.

Considerably smaller area with really narrow dance floor. A seat right beside the speakers can spoil your night :( Too loud that you can't even scream to your companions. Hookah's here on the otherhand are marvelous. So many varieties to try. Hospitable staff.

Was here for the first time last night for my brother's birthday. Was a little skeptical at first because security said that Saturdays were Bollywood theme night but was surprised by the vibe when we got downstairs. Crowd was chill and the vibe was real laid bacc. The music was hitting and it was a nice mix that the DJ played. It wasn't even Bollywood all night! They have a variety of hookah flavors to choose from and the hookah was definitely on point. Drinks weren't bad either. Service was Good and the place got bumping right away. Ended up staying until closing. Will be going bacc for sure.

The staff definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I wasn't feeling the cover charge either.and it had a bar. It was more like a club rather than a hookah lounge.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices for drinks. No food though. Hookah service can sometimes be slow.
