  If you’re ok with mediocre work, hire F & H Painting. We had the exterior of our home (all trim, soffits, fascia, doors, cedar shakes, garage door) painted and we were a pretty disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint was dripped down the siding where it wasn’t supposed to be, paint splattered on our lawn in several areas, paint dripped on our front porch and on tree limbs. Prep was not done prior to painting on our front door and it was not finished. When I reached out to the company to make them aware of my concerns, it was incredibly difficult to get something scheduled and after not hearing from them for 2 weeks I was given a range of excuses as to why they hadn’t scheduled to come out and fix their errors.
  
  Basically, communication was difficult from the beginning and there was little to no effort to correct mistakes that were made on our job. I did get part of my bill taken off at my own request, since it was clear that corrections to the job were not a priority. The refund pales in comparison to a job done well.

  These guys did great! I contacted them for a quote, the rate was very reasonable, and they were able to get to the job within a few weeks. They finished quickly and our house looks fantastic!

  We engaged F&H Painting to do our exterior painting and were extremely happy with their work and professionalism. They did a quality job and both Fred, the owner and the painting crew were very professional and their customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them,

  I had an excellent experience with this company! Mike the painter and his crew completed my entire house in one day! This was very convenient for me as the last painter took a few weeks dragging around my house. There were extra boards found on my house after the project started that were not included in the original contract. So I had the option to patch them for no charge or replace them at an extra cost per lineal foot. I found this to be very fair, I ended up patching a few and replacing the rest. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

  We hired F & H Painting to paint the aluminum siding on our house. The siding was 40 years old, and the last time it had been power washed, bare metal started to shine through the color.
  
  We obtained several estimates for the painting. F & H came to the house promptly to actually measure what needed to be done, provided the estimate in a reasonably timely manner, and specified exactly what they would do. The estimate was done very professionally, and it was the lowest estimate we received. Unlike the other painters, they warranty their work for 2 years, and they provided both a copy of their warranty and a Certificate of Liability and Worker's Comp without being asked.
  
  F & H worked with us to choose the paint that would work best for our project. Their estimate included a quality paint, but when we asked for an upgrade to achieve the look we wanted, they agreed to do it for a very reasonable increase in cost. They also agreed to paint some of the trim a contrasting color for no additional charge. They sent us to their paint supplier to choose the color we wanted, and they made a suggestion to use a slightly darker shade that turned out to be an excellent suggestion.
  
  We were also doing other work on the house, and the painting had to be coordinated with that. F & H worked with the schedule of the other contractor, and they scheduled the job in a timely manner. Their crew arrived on time, and they went right to work. They went over the scope of the job with us to make sure that it was exactly what we were expecting. They made sure that all the brick, doors, windows, fascia, soffits, and landscaping around the house were adequately covered, and at the end of the job, there was not one drop of paint anywhere that it should not have been. They also painted all of the very narrow strips of trim that were supposed to be painted. They double coated that areas that were almost down to bare metal, paint was evenly applied without drips or spray marks, all of the straight lines were straight, and the job looked great! Upon completion they left the property and work area completely clean. The crew was professional yet relaxed and friendly, and they answered any questions they were asked.
  
  We would hire F & H Painting again.
