  USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I should have read the reviews before using their services. If you are looking for a company to come out to your home and cause damage. This is the company for you!
  
  In the process of cleaning my ducts and return, they damaged my return duct by disconnecting it from the return vent. Due to their negligence my AC kept running and would not cool my upstairs. I placed a HVAC service call because I assumed something was wrong with my AC. When the HVAC company came out, their finding were: the disconnected return vent was pulling all the hot air from the attic. When I reached out to FC they refused to take responsibility.
  
  Their negligence resulted in $180 in AC service fees and extremely high utility bills. After making several attempts to resolve with FC I filed a charge back with my bank. FC emailed me claiming theft of service and threatening to file a police report if I did not withdraw my claim. My bank found in their favor claiming the work was done but I am $180 in service fees to reattach my duct and high electric bills.

  We were pleased with F & C's services in every way. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care to explain everything. Even though we regularly clean our vents, the previous firm didn't do as well a job as F & C. Even with return air vents, he was of assistance. Without a doubt, I'd use them once more.

  The quality of this service was astounding. The technician guided me through every step of the process, including counting all the vents as I was waking up. Undoubtedly, money will be spent! They were meticulous and took their time. I'll most certainly use his service once more and would heartily suggest F & C to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.

  By replacing our furnace with a premium smoke filter, F & C Air Duct Cleaning improved the air quality in our home! Their filter enabled us to circulate cool, filtered air from the outside through our home, which has made a significant difference in the CA fires. They were extremely quick, safe, and simple to work with. Their professionalism left an impression on us. Working with a business that you can trust is incredibly pleasant.
