  Short story short: I purchased a pair of glasses on Thursday October 26. They arrived on Friday November 3. I picked them up on Saturday November 4. The left lens was incorrectly cut causing me to promptly request the glasses be remade. I am still waiting for my $500 glasses (it is November 14). I could have patronized the shop at the mall and had glass in an hour or the warehouse club in Cranberry and had them in 4 days (at half of the cost) but I chose Eyetique, supporting the local guy, and am still waiting for my glass 2.5 weeks later. Hope your experience is better than mine!

  My son had an eye exam for contacts and he was so excited to finally be getting them. After the exam, the store got busy, and we were then told they no longer had time to help him learn how to put them in his eye. Therefore we were told we could not get his contacts for a week, until we could get a new appointment. My son was devastated. Ultimately we went somewhere else for the contacts and will not be back to Eyetique. Very rude salespeople at this location.
