  I would maybe even go down to 2.5 stars, when I first went in the doctor was very kind but the lady helping me was extremedy rude and instead of answering my insurance question just stated the obvious in a rude tone. I left and ordered with someone else another day that was very friendly but then I had to have another appointment as my prescription was wrong. I came in and had a different doctor even though they said they could only get me in on that day because it was my original doctor. He said my prescription was hardly different and I didn't need to come in, I explained I use microscopes and use my eyes for miniscule details all day and he just said I know and wrote me off...then my glasses came in wrong twice, they refused to give me my prescription in person and I had to wait a week for it to arrive via mail. Then I received the wrong lenses, I upgraded and had to wait to recieve the proper lenses. Then my husband had to order glasses, he came in to pick them up and they didn't even order them and then once again came back wrong. The desk lady was very kind every time but everything else was pretty bad service...
  
  Update 6 months later getting scratched lenses replaced they ordered the wrong ones once again, I have a feeling I will be coming in a second time to find out they don't have the upgrades I paid for on them. Since I had one replaced a couple months ago I had to have them re-order with the protections on it.

  The staff is so friendly & I feel deep gratitude to Dr. Williams, for his immediate actions when I faced retinal detachment. I had been previously complacent @ my eye health until he gently but firmly helped me restore my vision with his initinial assessment. Eye Care Professionals will continue to be a five star facility that I endorse to anyone.

  I have been using Eye Care Professionals since my son was prescribed glasses at just 18 months old (he's 16 now). The staff here (especially Tina) go above and beyond to make sure you get a good fit, and a great look. When my son was tiny, Tina spent a lot of time helping me to find glasses that were narrow enough across the bridge of his nose to not look "funny". I am forever grateful for the time she spent poring over catalogs to find a pair of glasses with a smaller bridge. We have only used a different place for glasses 2 x in the 15+ years he's been wearing glasses, and that was years ago, and we always came back here because of the professionalism and dedication of the staff. I will always use Eye Care Professionals.

  Eye Care Professionals is great. They worked me in on a Friday afternoon when I had a bad eye infection and took the time to thoroughly examine and take care of the problem. I have also had to recently bring my wife and young daughter in on separate occasions for other emergency eye issues, one of which was after-hours, and they simply took care of us. I highly recommend Eye Care Professionals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional group of doctors who always put their patients first.

  Have been a patient for many years. I would highly recommend Eye Care Professionals. My experience(s) have been excellent over the years. Very friendly staff and Doctor. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely knowledgeable. Appointment times are made completely compatible with your schedule and the waiting times are nearly non-existent. In fact I am almost always taken in before my scheduled time. Have recommended to friends and they have become patients also.
