  Great Place to store your valuables my wife and I were looking for a storage when we moved out. We first tried public storage in Downey and man that was the ugliest storage we’ve ever seen, walls were cracked cockroaches hanging out and customer service was very poor. So I called Extra Space storage the customer service was very professional they even offered me a free month at this location. As I arrived to this location I was helped by Jose a very professional and friendly gentlemen working the front office. He found my reservation online and gave me a tour of the facility. Very informative about everything which made me feel safe about my belongings. Once we got to the storage unit what a difference!! clean and locked down very well built I was very satisfied. For the time I spent here I’ve never been impressed by a storage company and extra space deserves a 5 Star quality all the time. When I checked out Paul assisted me in the process once again impressed by the professionalism these two gentleman displayed at this location. If your thinking of renting a storage unit don’t waste your time with the other janky storage facilities and come directly to Extra Space Storage and let Jose and Paul get that unit your looking for.

  Paul was great and very professional ! We appreciated him waiting for us as the time came close to closing. He showed us other units that accommodated us better. We are glad to be able to entrust our belongings in the hangs of Extra Storage.

  Great customer service. My first time getting a storage unit Paul and Jose helped me, happy to answer any of my questions made the prosses simple. Facility is clean taken care of and easy to get to.

  Excellent customer service (Josė) and very well-managed location. Renting unit was quick and painless. Easy access from freeway and extended location hours. Seemingly safe with cameras throughout. Uses cylinder locks. I had one that I bought from larger competitor (P.S.), thinking I'd never use it again, yet was able to reuse here with no issues (such as being required to buy it from them!). I looked around at a few places and so far this company and area seem to offer most space for $ within reasonable distance from "central" LA.

  Paul and Jose were professional and great. Always courteous. This is my second time here and despite closer units to home I returned here because of the great experience. Also the gate hours are extremely convenient.

  We have 5 units here for our business and it is, by far, the cleanest and most efficient storage facility I have seen. Jose and Paul always provide such great service and are quick to address any concerns or questions we have. Thank you for everything, Jose and Paul!
