  Over the past few years I have purchased multiple properties using services of Jay Goyal at Exit Imperial Realty. It was always a great pleasure for me to work with Jay. He is a very skilled negotiator. He knows the local area very well. In fact, I was willing to close the deal on one of the property at a higher price but Jay insisted that he can get the price even lower. He was right. His negotiation skills helped me save a good amount of money. Jay not only helped me buy the property, but also was able to find a tenant within 1 week of closing. I am very impressed by Jay's services and will recommend him to anyone looking for real estate services in Imperial County and surrounding areas.

  Jay Goyal is a top notch , extremely professional , and highly qualified real estate agent and broker. He truly knows multiple strategies for marketing in order to attain top dollar, quick sale, and broad base marketing coverage. Being from out of town, I happened to receive a marketing postcard from Jay. In my mind, I thought I will tuck this away in case the need ever arises to sell my home. In the 9 years I owned the home, I had never had a real estate agent reach out to me. Above all, Jay helped me with an extremely delicate family situation. He showed the utmost professionalism and sensitivity towards all involved. He went above and beyond to provide me with legal advice and referral to an attorney. He was always prompt in returning calls or emails as well.
