  I am absolutely dissatisfied with the level of competence of the people here. I came to get IV fluids due to severe hydration from being sick with E. coli. I saw Dr. Maskell and every time I tried to explain to him what was going on he interrupted me. He was INCREDIBLY rude. I did not feel listened to at all: almost as if I were a bother that he just wanted to get over with. I was there for several hours with no answer for how to treat what I had been severely sick with for almost 2 weeks. The doctor told me to "let it run its course." It's an infection! I didn't go to med school but I'm pretty sure that's not how it works. I'd have better luck just going on WebMD.

  I went in on Saturday for a back injury and without xrays or any kind of MRI recommendations, the guy said I pulled a muscle and tore some tissue between my spine and rib cage. Your stethoscope told you that?? I had to leave work and go to a chiropractor to find out I have a bulging disk out my spine. I will NEVER visit a place based on reviews again.

  My son is almost 10 yrs old now and with all the illnesses and injuries he has had during his life we prefer going to EXIGENT more than his Pediatrician.The staff here are VERY knowledgeable and efficient!! My son has never been afraid to go to Exigent but has anxiety about going to other doctor offices. We can ALWAYS get an appointment or just walk right in to be seen unlike regular doctors offices.

  I absolutely love this place and these doctors. Not that I love going to the doctor, but my kids always seem to get sick at night. At this point I almost prefer them to the pediatrician. The doctors and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. They also have a kids room and prizes for the kids- my kids love them. The doctors who work there have been there since we started using them 6 years ago and I am pretty sure they have all been there much longer than that. They are not doctors doing this job while in training- this is their practice.

  Went here with my husband yesterday. Due to some issues with our blue cross blue sheld we have to wait till November to be reinstated. My husband has suffered from a sore throat for a month and a half and has tried to push through it. Finally gave up and went here for treatment. I have been going for years and never have I been treated as a badly as we were yesterday. My husband used to have a drug problem but has since found The Lord and is a Christian man. First, the nurse was very rude; an older woman. She looks at his chart then looks me up and down. I am 7 months pregnant. Doesn't greet us. Just walks by. Then as we enter the room, she continued to be rude. I was a CNA so I know when someone is sick. She Was very rude when I said my husband had been having a temperature on and off. "Well what was it?" I'm not sure ma'am, we didn't have a thermometer. "Well that doesn't tell me anything, if you don't tell me a number, I don't have a number!" So I said it's been running along 99.1 degrees. She then takes his temperature and it's 99.0 degrees. "oh it's 99.0 degrees" she says condescendingly. She leaves after making it very uncomfortable, then the docor come in. Use to be a doctor I liked in the past but not anymore. First, all he cared about was him not having insurance. We paid the full amount expected to pay, so I don't see why they were so concerned. I will not be taking my family back to that place again. They are not a Christian work place. They judge their patients, which means they don't give the best care possible.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! My husband got treatment at Exigent last August. He accidently gave them the wrong insurance card. When we tried to give them the right insurance information, Exigent kept dragging their feet and nobody did their jobs. They kept making us promises and told us they would correct everything. Our insurance company never received the claim. The dept collector kept sending us final bills. We ended up having to pay $228 out of pocket. Our insurance company could have paid it but, no thanks to Exigent, never received the claim from out visit. We got majorly screwed.

  It was my first visit and I was quite pleased with the staff, nurses and doctor. I would highly recommend them.

  Prior to April I would have given 5 stars. The doctors and most of the nursing staff I would give 5 stars. I'm giving 3 because of one nurse who was very insensitive. I went in for me but had to bring my 1 month old with me because I'm breastfeeding. I brought along someone to help watch the baby but when I was taken back to the room the nurse did nothing but criticize me for bringing my baby there. The nurse went out to my Dad and continued to criticize me. She also told me my baby could get mrsa from me. I was there for a swollen sweat gland which was covered. Horrible horrible experience. I had been there other times and didn't have any issue. Makes me not want to go back which is a shame because the doctors are knowledgeable. Sometimes you have no choice than to bring your child with you. It was not ideal but good bedside manner can make a less than desirable situation less frustrating.

  Both my wife and I have used the medical services of the Exigent Center on various occasions. This last visit we saw Dr. Owens, who is great, but we've seen the other two over the years and they are great as well. I hope I don't get ill again, but when I need a professional, I'm going to the Exigent Center. I only wish their office was closer to where we live.

  This place ia flat out horrible. From the front deskstaff, who cannot seem to get their crap together. To the nurses who cannot stop yapping long enough for you to tell them whats going on, whats wrong or anything. They wont shut up! They do NOT listen. This place is absoluly horrible!

  Nothing but good things to say about these folks. We got in to see a doctor quickly and, afterwards, the staff worked with us for over a week helping us to set up a referral to a specialist in Savannah. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and made us feel like they genuinely cared. I highly recommend this practice.
