Outstanding service and great locations. I've stayed at 4 different properties in and around Arlington. My apartment is always super clean and really close to a Metro stop. Working with the staff has always been a positive experience even though I've had to make last minute changes to my itinerary on more than one occasion. Highly recommend for a couple of nights, a month or more. It's hard to find that kind of customer service.

I stay here all the time when visiting Washington from the UK. The original purposes of my visits were for business, l liked the space, facilities, quality of buildings and home from home feeling. On several occasions I have taken and stayed with my family as Washington is a superb family holiday spot, fabulous parks, shopping and its very easy to move around the City. It just does not make sense to stay hotels, they are more expensive and cannot match the levels of comfort and space.

If you want to live like your at home but away from home, Executive apt. is the place to go through. With superior customer service and great locations. This was the best experience I have had, if I can avoid going to hotel and living in community type setting. I dealt with Gina and Joe and they went over and beyond to met my needs. I want to thank the team for a wonderful experience.

I have used Executive Apartments exclusively for all my visits in the Washington DC and Kansas City areas. Every Apartment has been outstanding and the Cleanliness of them beyond expectations. The check in/out process is so easy and the staff responsiveness to my needs were way above my expectations. I can not say enough about how I enjoyed my experience and how clean the units are. I really liked the floral scents as I entered the Kansas City units, reminded me of the Islands. The Midwest Hospitality is outstanding

I travel to the Washington DC area a few times a year and have used Executive Apartments four times and will continue to use them for these reasons:
1. They are located near the metro in the Pentagon and Crystal City areas where the crime rate is extremely low and we can take walks at night without worrying about crime.
2. The accommodations are fantastic and have utensils/utilies where we can purchase food to minimize expenses.
3. They have free parking and excellent gym facilities. Hotels like to charge $18-25 a day for parking and $10 a day for the gym. Most have an outdoor pool during the summers.
4. You do not have the transient traffic of typical hotels and it is very quiet in these apartments.
5. Also, EA has been very accommodating and professional. The price is very competitive and the above listed advantages are worth more than the points I could earn from the major hotel chains.
I will always stay at EA and recommend it to my friends.

We've stayed with Executive Apartments numerous times and this has become our preferred way to do business in and experience the Washington, DC area. Their lodgings are close to the metro stations, shopping, and it makes the entire trip feel like you actually live there during your stay. Their apartments are considerably larger than a hotel suite, we can usually bring our dog and indoor parking is free. This is a much more secure and sanitary option than a hotel also. EAI apartments are always clean and well appointed. You can just walk in, unpack and get to work or play. I totally recommend this option and EAI - great people and company to meet.
