Exceptional Care of Tampa, Inc. is a Medicaid Waiver Provider Agency that was established in June 2005. We are committed to providing quality in-home care for individuals with developmental disabilities, while maintaining their independence and ensuring that their personal needs are met. Our purpose is to promote and maintain the health, safety and well being of our consumers. We actively participate in advocacy and the provision of needed support and services in order to help individuals with developmental disabilities to live, learn and be active members in their communities. We will provide services in a way that encompasses the individuals understanding of their freedom to exercise the same rights as all citizens, the opportunity for choice through education of activities for daily life in the community, and the encouragement for the consumers to be self advocates, as well as to ensure that all individuals with a developmental disability are treated equally. Our staff members have been trained to honor and respect your families needs.
