  Giving 2 star for the nice greeting an willing to fix their mistake. I went in on Friday (12/23) got a gel set put on. Not even 24hrs later one broke. I went back in and they were so nice about fixing my nail(they did it for free an all) I left, not even an hour later another nail broke. I went to a different salon to get it fixed an that nail is so much stronger(thicker) than my other nails. Today is Tuesday, a whopping 4 days later An what do you know, the first nail that broke an got fixed the very next day, is broke yet again. I'm very frustrated. I paid $50 for the initial set, then another 10 on getting my nail fixed at a different salon, so totaling $60 for nails that didn't make it 24 hours. At this point why should I get this nail fixed, it has been done twice already. At this rate I'm better off getting a new set from a different salon. Save your money

  This place seems to be going downhill. I lived in Essex for several years and it was my favorite nail place. Now I live about an hour away and don't get to go as frequently. Today was the worst experience so far. I was early for my appointment but there was just one other customer in the salon so they got me in early. Just after that, two more customers walked in back to back. The woman giving me a pedicure rushed, skipped a step, and my nails aren't even the same shape. I'm sorry to say this, but I think that may be the last chance I give them.

  This nail salon is by far the best I have ever been to! Trang and her fellow workers are absolutely outstanding! They do a great job on nails and they give great pedicures as well. Their extremely welcoming and will always start small talk with you :) I highly recommend!

  I go here all the time and Love it!! Super friendly owner, Trang is on site all the time, with her sister and cousin performing all the services. A real Vermont owned small family, business. They take great time and care with my serivces. Its the best place in Essex and Chittenden county, I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend it.
