Very unpleasant with our recent experience, drivers dropped off dumpsters and not once but twice ran into my retaining wall causing damage and didn't report or notify myself, I figured it out by the broken lug nut covers laying in my driveway, broken bricks as well as the multiple larger tire marks all over the wall. On top of that my driveway gate closure was hit and now the gate post is lose and to top it off the way the driver spoke to me and his general demeanor on the day of the last dumpster pickup was ridiculous, constantly swearing and complaining etc. Spoke on the phone twice with management and they said they would send someone to assess the damage for repairs or compensation and it's been a full week and no one has come or contacted me.. Will not recommend them to anyone else

John / Excel 15yds dumpster over $500.00 + $$$$ paid with a card to her surprise 3 times the amount when She got that bill for yard waste ??? what did she had 20 tons to 30 tons in that 15yds dumpster , YOU NEED TO CALL that Lady and give her a REFUND, WE would never make Her pay $550.00 for a dumpster especially for a 15yds DUMPSTER

Secretary's cant explain the invoice process. Put you on hold and never pick back up. Office staff is, no pun intended, TRASH! But dumpster did come fairly quickly.

Not a good place at all!!!! If a person goes for a job interview, the manager Jim, is not only not professional, he doesn't have the decency to return your calls, or give you a generic we found another applicant to move forward with. You continue to call, and get no results, just more endless excuses!!!! Total waste of time, why should anyone at Excel disposal care? They have jobs! For Jim to explain they are having issues within says it all! They don't do good business, because their professionalism is lacking!!!!
