The only weight loss program that worked for me to lose 45 very stubborn lbs. Their complimentary lifelong maintenance is so good too that even as I have eased out of the diet, I am not putting any of that lost weight back on. I give Evolve 180 5 unreserved stars. If you live in Bellevue or within driving distance, this is the weight loss clinic to go to. I like the coaches and the daily, fuss-free food they provide doesn't get boring. That is a huge plus for me.

Not only do I work for this incredible company, I also totally believe in what we do here! This program is so flexible, and is all about real life. I love seeing our clients progress week by week, and seeing how positively it affects their lives! This is such a wonderful organization, and deserves to be recognized as such. :)

The staff are wonderful and the coaching they offer has helped me to achieve my weight loss goal. I love the food that is offered. Overall it has been a very rewarding experience and I will recommend them to my friends.

UPDATE: Several months later and I'm just posting an update that I reached my goal weight with Evolve 180, down almost 80 pounds! Along with the original flagship program, I have had an amazing experience with the new Mediterranean Protocol which emphasizes seafood and olive oil, (not to mention a daily glass of red wine). I'm feeling great and super happy with my new wardrobe. Amazing program with amazing staff and coaching, thanks to everyone at Evolve 180.
When my friends were talking about the "stay-at-home" 15, I had the "stay-at-home" 50. Stunned with the numbers on my scale, I realized that I needed more support than an online weight loss program. Fortunately for me, Evolve 180 was still offering in-location visit check-ins. I started last July and haven't looked back. The food is delicious and the support is awesome (thanks Taylor!!). I feel like my weight loss journey has been almost effortless and to date, I've lost almost 50 pounds in roughly 4 months. For me to say that my cravings are virtually gone and I'm struggling to eat enough food during the day is a minor miracle. I have no doubt about reaching my goal of another 20 pounds - I highly recommend Evolve 180!!response / report this review -

I have lost 40 lbs. working with Evolve180, and I couldn't be happier! I had tried a million different diets, and was at my wits end with very little confidence this would work. I was so happy with the food that they provided it is delicious, satisfying, and super convenient for a busy lifestyle. I travel for work, and it's the one plan that I was finally able to easily follow when getting thru airports and work dinners. The staff is incredibly supportive, helpful, and caring and they coach you thru all the ups and downs of life. Even after a year with Evolve, I continue to go in for monthly weigh-ins and to purchase some of their foods that I still love. Nothing is better than stepping on that scale and seeing the pounds drop every time! My husband didn't join the Evolve180 program, but he was inspired by my success and has been eating healthy foods along with me and has now dropped 50 lbs. (which I thank Evolve for as well!). Evolve180 helped me find and create a healthy lifestyle that I love, and that I can carry on for years to come! I would highly recommend this program to anyone. THANK YOU EVOLVE180!!!
