Hello! My name is Evan McGinnis and I have been in the Real Estate game since 2011. In all of the years that I have had my liscense, I have worked in Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley area. This side of the state of Arkansas has my vote for prettiest and best place to live in the country. This area does a good job of selling itself!

When I am not working, most of my time is spent with friends and family. I always enjoy a good football tailgate (go hogs) and I love being outdoors. During my free time, you can find me on the water in the summer, and by the fire in winter.
