That’s the worst place I have ever been! We attended a Halloween party, wore super cool costumes because the said there would be a lot of prizes for costumes but eventually they closed up for half an hour earlier and started kicking us out!!! Then we were asking what about prizes and manager or whoever it was said that they never mentioned it! But they did it even few times while music playing! Another issue is we couldn’t catch the waitress to order the food and drinks!!! What’s place is that!!! The staff was rude and unprofessional!!! HAVE HAD REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! NEVER GO THERE!!! We just waisted our time and money there!

Great! Except that some drunk Russian broke up the fun.

This is my first negative review, ever! We are currently attending a Bulgarian concert and once again there is no organization and all there is is disappointment from this place. I ordered a drink from a blond waitress - double vodka with redbull, at 11pm...it's currently 12:24am and I have not received my drink nor is the side bar taking any orders... it's more than a zoo around there. With the new management of this place we were really hoping for some better service but unfortunately same place with same disappointments...

Great calamari and kind staff. There's usually techno or house music playing in the background. The place seems like it should be busier but usually it isn't.

BAD. BAD. HORRIBLE! its not if you get served cold food it's when. If you address the waitress about your food being cold they will just look at you as if they will fix the issue but never fix it. After we received the bill I addressed the owner and after a bit of back and forth conversing it got to the point where his wife was holding him back as if he was about to run up on me and hit me!!!! I threatened to call the cops if he got any closer as we left. NEVER GO HERE! They are extremely unprofessional and rude! Your business would happenly be taken elsewhere but not here!

Great atmosphere as previously stated by another customer , however the service is awful. The bartenders speak broken English and they can't understand a simple Grey Goose Up, extra dirty shaken extra cold with blue cheese olives. After repeating myself 4 times I even wrote it down and handed it to the girl. I then watched the bartenders stare at it as if I was writing it in Greek. I hold a masters degree and have proficient English and communication skills. Then I watched as one bartender put literally an ounce of vermouth into it, (I can count the pour as I bartender for years). When she gave it to me it wasn't shaken cold like i requested and when I asked for it to be re-made I was given further attitude.
So much for a great first time experience. Looks like this is nothing but a european hang out and if you're American -born they treat you like sub-humans!!!!

Extremely slow service. It nurtures old sexist stereotypes. For example: long blond hair seams to be a requirement to work there.

Place is alright. It's definitely NOT a sports bar. They have HD TVs but some channels/tvs are in SD looks like crap. No game sound they have music instead. Food is decent as are drinks. Staff is eh they are not attentive to guests/tables. Decent after hours lounge but if you want to watch a game go to Finns.

If you are not certain that you belong to the "exclusive" guest list, don't bother going. Saturday night all tables were marked "RESERVED" even though the place was almost empty at 8:30 pm. My girlfriends and I were 'allowed' to be seated and we had a few drinks each. Everything was going fine until we were done with drinks around 11 pm and we were just about to leave. I guess 11 pm is prime time for this place, because waitress came in and in a "polite" manner suggested that if we are not going to order anything else it might be time for us to pay the check and leave. Well, I don't like to be told how long to hang out, when to leave and what to do, especially after spending almost $100 bucks for drinks. Never going back, and please if you are not "exclusive" don't waste your time. I'm sure there are many places around that know how to treat their customers.
