  Not sure why this is so hard to understand, but if you are UNDER 18, you are a CHILD in the eyes of the law. We can not pierce/touch A CHILD in her no-no spots even if her parent [parent of the year] gives us permission to pierce/touch her CHILD in her no-no spots.
