They were out of the mini van but the gentleman was very accommodating and put me in a vehicle that worked perfectly for the same price even though the vehicle we got was higher priced. When I brought the vehicle back I wasn't able to clean it and they understood. They were friendly and easy going

The customer service is exceptional. You are greeted with a smile from the time you walk in the door. It's always good to see smiling faces. I have never had any problems renting from enterprise and I will recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!!!
Didn't even want to give one star! I went twice and the first time they said they didn't accept my kind of credit card. 2 months later I went back and they had no problem accepting the same credit card they rejected on my first visit. They denied me again because I had to show a utility bill for proof of residency and since I owed a past due bill on my cable they wouldent let me rent a car. The man was very rude both times and acted like he didn't want my business. I will never go back! Absolutely suck!!!
As a repeat customer, it would be nice not to have to jump through all the hoops (provide a utility bill when not using a credit card) but other than that it was a good experience.
For the past 15 years I have always used Enterprise for my rental needs from personal to business. The level of customer service has been top notch. This last experience may change my mind. I reserved a rental for a family trip to Texas. Every thing was great that morning, even got an upgrade do to limited sizes. On my return after the Thanksgiving holiday, all of the normal staff seemed to be off and were covered by what I am assuming to be senior or corporate level relief individual. Not rude but not personable either. When checking out the price had almost doubled and was given no real reason, other then we'll you had satellite radio... I hope the extra money was worth loosing a long standing customer
