  As usual I was extraordinarily pleased with Enterprise and the outstanding service level of their loyal employees. They had my rental all set to go and gave me a fine upgrade at no extra charge, even though I didn't ask for it. Additionally, they were very generous with respect to my return time, as I ran into heavy traffic coming home, and did not charge me for the extra time. Enterprise will me my first choice. GO Enterprise!!

  Once again i must say the team at this location is great, Louren picked me up at Firestone within 10 minutes of me calling in a reservation as my car maintenance was going to take long. She was very friendly and once we got to the office i was driving out in my rental within the next 10 minutes. Thank you as always for your great service!

  The minivan I rented was dangerous to drive. As I entered the highway and began to increase my speed (approx 60 mph) the steering wheel began to vibrate and shake left to right vigorously. It felt as if one of the front wheels were going to fall off.
  Unfortunately I was too far from the rental location (the rest of them were closed because it was a Saturday) and I definitely did not have ANY time to spare, in order to accomplish my agenda.

  Horrible service. Actually the assistant manager Brian S actually refused to rent a car to us even if we reserved a car stating the enterprise corporate website has no idea how many cars they have and refused to honor any reservation from the site. He would call us when he had cars. Great local appreciation from a non local employee. Go to Budget. Nice friendly experienced owners.

  My experience with this Enterprise was amazing thank you the staff who were helpful and friendly my son and I loved my rental car. Matt was my go to guy he checked me in and out he was so patient with me taking his time to show me the functions of the rental car which I greatly appreciated I would highly recommend this Enterprise rental car company to all my friends and family thanks again 😊

  This was the best car renting experience I've ever had. The entire staff was friendly and prompt, especially Josh who made sure I was able to get my car picked up from the body shop before it closed by offering me a ride right away after dropping off the rental. Because of Josh my experience here was very pleasant and he's a great asset to the company. Will definitely rent here again if needed.

  Great service. Never a long wait to get your rental car. I rent from this facility every time I fly into Boca.
  The staff there are always friendly and very nice to deal with.
  They also have great rates and usually an upgrade when possible.
