  There is generally only one employee working the desk. He's super nice, but often has a line as 2 - 3 other employees stand around ignoring everyone because they work on the truck side not the car side. Why can these people not be cross trained?
  
  Worse than that is that there is no parking. So you have to park your car across the street at Ingles. Smokey Park Highway isn't safe to cross on foot, yet they still make you ASK to be driven to or from your car. Last time I complained, the employee I was talking to (not the super nice one) told me I was lucky they gave me a place to park at all, that it was courtesy.
  
  Not courteous enough. The second star is for that one nice employee who I hope moves on to better things.

  Great experience, in and out and hassle free. Got an upgrade because the car i reserved wasn't in stock yet. Guy that checked me out was really personable and friendly. Beats all other car rental facilities hands down.

  The people there are very nice and will go out if their way to help you. We had to rent a car for several weeks and once it was set up and ready we had no problems with it at all. It was very clean, nice and reliable. Thank you for taking care of our family.

  Every time I rent a car it's never what I request.This time was the same and the car was dirty, I had to wash and vacuum it before I could take it on my trip. There we condoms in the back so the car had not even been looked over before it was given to me. However when I took the car back and told the young man working the front desk he was regretful and took $50.00 off my weekly rental rate. When I brought the car back it was clean and had a full tank of gas which wasn't the case when I picked it up.

  “WE WILL PICK YOU UP.” Yes if you want to waste half your entire morning waiting, and get twenty obviously false “he’ll be right theres” before anyone from Enterprise actually shows up. At least 1.5 hours wait for "We'll pick you up" when I used this Enterprise in West Asheville North Carolina. And at the end of a rental when an employee of this Enterprise agency, in running a small and necessary errand, took 20 minutes to make a trip that I drove myself in 3 minutes, another employee of this Enterprise agency, informed of that fact, sullenly and sarcastically stated “he got here as fast as he could.” REALLY? Well, that says it all about these inept guys.
  NEVER AGAIN! Never Enterprise! Certainly not this Enterprise. Next time I will get a friend or taxi to take me to a Budget, Avis, or Hertz office with better prices than this overpriced, poor service quality outfit. NOTHING IS WORTH THE LONG WAITS AND BS AT ENTERPRISE.

  Initial phone contact could have been better but once I was picked up, everything went smoothly and the car was great.

  At first they did not have the car I reserved, however one came in that was better suited for my project. Staff worked to prepare the car for me even though it was at closing time. The car proved to work very well with remarkable gas mileage.

  I am ALWAYS well taken care of when I rent from enterprise on smikey park hwy! They are fast courteous and they always take good care of me!! I recommend them to everyone!!!
