  Always rent enterprise never have problem until this location! Needed car for a few hours, I asked about drop box, they told me there is a fee for drop box and it’s a lot of money ???? I guess that l need to go to some other company

  The staff at this location were very friendly, but I'm giving a low rating because of how long it took for me to get my car. I had already made a reservation online, and it took an hour and a half to get my car. The location seems to be severely understaffed for the amount of clientele that goes through there. I've spoken to some friends and they have had similar experiences at this location. It would be a much more pleasant experience if the service was more efficient.

  Very bad. We made a reservation and we got the confirmation of it on line. We were supposed to pick our truck up next day. Surprise !!! They did not have the truck available and they did not call to aware us of it. Then. They excused about it. And They would offer to have our truck next day. And that. They would call us whenever the truck arrives. Guess what ?? They did not call us when the truck arrived. Isn't it the greatest criteria of a customer service ? By the way. You can not solve this with the poor excuse of giving more details and write to a customer service. You must take good care of your customers with more professionalism.

  Just gotta have patience. Great staff. And the pick up was flawless. make sure no cash or no checks. Only credit and debit cards accepted

  I had a long wait due mostly to customers ahead of me, all with different issues... at the end, my turn came and I was taken care of. The car was nice and all worked well for my rental. I definitely recommend this Enterprise location. They are understanding and take care of you as a client.

  I had a Friday reservation for a 10:00 am pickup. I arrived at 9:55 am. I did not get a car until 11:00 am. As best as I could tell from the information I was given, they did not have cars ready.
  The woman behind the counter was cheerful and working hard. However she said that this was not unusual for a Friday morning.

  Awful! Made a reservation over the phone and when we got there we were told that more info should have been given to us... like reservation is for noon... van is not in the lot... We will call you if we get 1 back.... called and I was not helped 100% I was transferred to anothet location to confirm they had 1 and no-one answered the phone... 1108 am still no van. Service sucks!

  Hello, I have never had such a horrific experience renting a vehicle. I was promised a wait time of 15 minutes too an hour. I have waited OVER 2 hours. What happened to my reservations? You guessed it ! Cancelled. My happiness and excitement? You guessed it again ! cancelled as well. Not only that....but I called multiple times just to be rudely ignored. PS. If you're being picked up by a man named Javier.....wave your happiness AND reservations goodbye.

  Very good they upgraded me for free . Because I told them I had no idea a economic means a fiat I was thinking like a civic or corolla .. but they help me out n gave me a jeep

  The woman who got us a rental was great. The only disappointment was when returning the vehicle, the person who checked over the vehicle was a bit snooty and asked where a scratch had come from on the vehicle, it was a brand new vehicle and tried to blame us. When we rented it the mark was already on the vehicle and it was written on our paper, but she tried to blame us until she finally read it.

  The staff at the Hialeah branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car were amazing.
  Service was fast and efficient. They even had advice on good places to eat and shopping areas.
  They went above and beyond my expectations.
  Keep up the fantastic job guys. I sincerely appreciated doing business with your company. I highly recommend using Hialeah branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
