  We had reserved a minivan but none were available when we went to pick up. Matt was very helpful in first upgrading us to an SUV that could fit us, and later following up and offering to find a minivan that was on our way and which met our needs better.

  I am not sure why they would rent a car with a bad trans without letting me know before hand. The car had 33,000 miles on it and I am sure that
  someone before me had to let them know. The trans problem was a major
  problem with Ford. I was not concerned about the car not getting me where I was going but it would have been proper to say something
  before I rented it. They did call me a few days after I picked the car up
  and I am sure it was because they were concerned. The car did get me
  where I needed to go for the whole week but I feel that it was not good
  customer relations to let the car go out without some kind of notice
  about the trans.

  Rented a car for a business trip from Philly suburbs to Boston area. The car was great, particularly because it was a hybrid and despite most of the driving being highway, achieved 48 MPG. But more importantly, the service was great and Matt and Emily were friendly and efficient. The trip was unexpected, but Enterprise stepped up and had a car ready for me by the time I arrived.

  My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Collegeville was fantastic. Upon arrival, I received a free upgrade to a luxury vehicle which was perfect for my 7 hour road trip for my vacation. The customer service was excellent. Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He really made sure I was taken care of. Also, I really appreciated the fact that they offered me a ride home upon drop off. It really was convenient for the time of day and I will definitely be returning here for future car rental needs. Highly reccomend!

  Collegeville site, Last minute rental needed on a Friday afternoon right before they closed. The staff was very helpful and patient and courteous in spite of us keeping them an extra half hour on a Friday afternoon! Got a gorgeous car at a great price. Very smooth transaction and woild definitely use enterprise again. They are our favorite go to for a great rental. 5 stars!

  Competent staff, high quality vehicles and service with Enterprise, particularly the Collegeville, PA location. When you compare all competitor costs, Enterprise is the best deal with the best fleet. Employees like Dominic would rate at the top in ANY customer service business.

  A worry free experience. I was picked up at the auto body shop and placed in a nice rental. They took care of speaking to the insurance company to get everything covered. Would certainly use them again.

  After reading some of the reviews on this place I understand my experience wasn't a fluke. If you enjoy being treated badly go to enterprise Collegeville. We were over charged , treated rudely and robbed . My disappointment knows no bounds. What an awful experience. They do not deserve the one star but Google makes you put something in that field.
