I liked the overall process and the staff was great help. The company need to better explain the payment policies when you reserve your rental.

I reserved a car a week in advance, I was 30 mins late in picking it up. I was so frustrated with the process of getting into a vehicle, when I got there I had to stand in line as if I never placed a reservation. There should be a walk in line, and reserved line. I was there two hours before I could be placed in a vehicle, which wasn’t washed and had no gas, they ladies were very nice and the price was good, so thats why I’m giving four stars, but they need to get a better system set in place.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Dual Highway location was very accommodating, they have friendly staff. I reserved a compact car at a reasonable price, they did not have it and was offered an SUV at the same rate. I was very happy with Elisa's service, detail explanations of what was expected and contract details.I appreciate the follow up call from Victoria assuring me that everything was good and the final bill was the same as agreed. I will use them again in the future. I definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you, Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

On a Friday afternoon my car broke down on the way to a ski weekend in the mountains of Central PA. The repair place told me an enterprise rental was nearby I spoke with them on the phone . They sent an employee to pick me up and rented me the last car they had on the lot, a Jeep which was perfect for my needs. All the employees were polite and professional. The cost was reasonable. I felt VERY fortunate that they were nearby in my time of need.
    Thanks to all.

Went to this store for a replacement since the one I had seemed to be imploding. Was in a line of people about 10 people needing service. Did not mind waiting over an hour for support. The staff was polite, helpful, friendly, and committed to customer service. They took care of everyone in the store including two more customers who arrived after me when the store was scheduled to close. They replaced my faulty vehicle, and the district manager even pitched in to help when the staff was overwhelmed on this rather chilly evening. The staff was super helpful. Dave has great control over customer service in this store and Victoria is a gem of an employee, laser focus on customer service and getting people where they need to go. Great experience.

The employees are usually as helpful as possible; however, they are understaffed on the weekends which is when I pick up my business rental each month. The wait when picking up a reserved vehicle can be as long as 30-45 minutes ( without getting it cleaned). They do their best to move quickly but be sure to plan ahead.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise on the weekends for more than a year; and they have been amazing. Keep up the good work!

The worst experience with, assistant manager, Kyle Hunter Lidbeck.

Don't know how he gain this position but obviously the company doesn't care about its bottom line (profit) because customers that value quality customer service won't get it from him.

Even when there is no car available which is often the case at this location, a reasonable customer would still appreciate a desirable interaction with the employees of an establishment. Unfortunately, one only hopes they don't interact with Hunter. Two strikes is enough for me.

He should be replaced with one of his female colleagues such as Alissa or Victoria (spelling of names unsure) because they are indeed friendly, professional, and patient and knowledgeable. Unlike this "manager" who is not polite, but rather condescending, rushed and error prone. How can he be expected to lead his team?

Go to the Railway location if possible. Even if you don't drive off with a vehicle because of a inventory shortage, at least you won't leave with thinking how you had to count to 10 dealing with someone like Hunter.

Honestly, It's probably better not to even go to Hunter's location or any he manages because if the professional staff can't help, they bring Hunter your way.

Hey Corporate office, you need to train this employee on customer service before someone deals with him the "direct" way.

    He's bad for business.

I wish this had been a good experience, but it was the worst car rental experience, and the worst customer service experience of my life! I made the reservation online, had my car towed to the dealership 40 miles away, called on the way and was told everything was good and to just call when I arrived so Enterprise could come pick me up. NONE of this happened as stated or per the reservation. After holding on the phone for 25 minutes to be transferred to the local office, I was told my reservation "was not really made, and there may not be a vehicle left." He would have to "wait and see what was left at closing time" (which was 15 min away by the time we finally spoke, since he put me on hold after waiting almost half an hour to get through) The tow truck driver had offered to drop me there, but I told him no problem, Enterprise had confirmed they would pick me up. So he left. Now here I am at the closed dealership with no vehicle to drive, no way to get home or anywhere, because....Wait for it...They "do not accept anything except major credit cards, NOT debit or prepay cards." First if all, this is the card I used to book my reservation online, so shouldn't red flags have gone up to warn me this wouldn't be accepted? Next, while trying to understand these policies, I managed to have online interaction plus 2 conversations where this was never mentioned. The rep at the local office, who was cocky, condescending, impatient and rude, did NOT give me time to ask if Cash was acceptable or if I might have a little time to see if there was someone with a major credit card who could pay for me and I'd just pay them, nope, he HUNG UP ON ME. I've never had such abysmal human interaction that was not even what I would expect from a local gas station dive, much less an internationally renowned company like Enterprise. I am glad most of you had good experiences, but I will end this by saying I have never in my life been driven to such a level of anger by the poor treatment and lack of respect as a customer and a human being. I will NEVER use Enterprise again. Period. You've lost a customer thanks to this 1 store employee/owner/manager. Whoever he was, please know that I am a very patient and reasonable person, and I hope like he** someday you are stranded somewhere like this and left to feel unjustly mistreated and what it feels like to have the worst customer service in your life, the most unprofessional treatment, and lose faith that there is any caring or kindness left in retail America. 👏👎

Nice customer service. The people there are helpful and make the transition into a vehicle and to the road as quickly and as smoothly as possible. My one gripe is the lack of a familiar face. I would at least like to see a consistent manager to greet you when you're a returning customer.

We had originally booked a rental with Hertz and when we went to pick up, they gave us the run around, didn't have our vehicle and suddenly had additional fees so we went to Enterprise. The staff was amazing! The girl that booked us was fast, friendly and informative. We got a Nissan Altima which drove like a dream, was the perfect size and great on gas. We got a great deal and will definitely be using Enterprise for all our rental needs in the future!

Had a horrible experience with the Assistant Manager. Hunter Lidbeck two days in a row two weeks ago.

Rented a car at Regan Airport that had a defect in the windshield. First day, after being instructed by Enterprise to go to this location and swap the car I did. Greeted by Hunter and told he had no cars to offer me. Ok, understand it is the holiday. Next day after calling Enterprise again and again being instructed to go to this location to swap the car and an email being sent to them I was greeted by Hunter as soon as I walked in. The first thing he said was he has nothing to offer me. I started I was only there because I was instructed by Enterprise to come there. Hunter goes to the back to make a call. Comes out and tells me the only way he is taking the car is if he files a damage claim to my personal auto insurance. This was not acceptable since I did not damage the car. This is a fraudulent claim that Hunter wanted to make to my insurance. I informed him that he was not going to do that.

After contacting Enterprise again, I was able to go to the Railway location and have the car swapped. No issues and with great customer service by Carrie.

Beware of this location and Hunter trying to make fraudulent claims to your insurance.

This Enterprise rental experience was among one of my very best> It started the moment I walked through the door on a Sunday morning and was greeted by the polite, courteous and eager staff bent on getting us on our way. I was delighted with the Sonata Hyundai upgrade they offered as I owned one a few years back and the car performed exceptionally well. It was a pleasure to operate. Returning the car was prompt and efficient. Thank you to the Enterprise staff on Dual Highway in East Hagerstown, MD. We look forward to our next rental. You folks were fantastic.

I am Enterprise customer for over a year. Great caring staff. The new manager Mr. Colby is as good as Michael who recently moved to another location. I highly recommend this location.

My experience with Enterprise (Dual Highway, Hagerstown) has been very good. They have a nice variety of vehicles, and have always provided me with quick check-outs and check-in. The staff is friendly and helpful, whether after an accident or for a routine business trip. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.
