  The delivery of the car was prompt and Malcom was truly concerned that I understood everything about the car. The vehicle was clean with little mileage and worked perfectly for me all week. I was exceptionally pleased with the rental and the staff t Enterprise on Route 130 in Cranbury and would definitely recommend them.

  Great enterprise location! i have rented from them many times. Good vehicles and great staff. You do not need a major credit card and i was able to use my debit card with no problem. You can make a reservation one the phone an they can pick you up from your location if you need.

  I had reserved a car last Friday (Oct 20th) through Costco Travel services and got a confirmation with all the details. Just an hour before my pickup time I got a call from this location stating that my reservation will be cancelled as NO cars were available. Why did you confirm my reservation if no cars were available ? Not a good experience at all.
  
  Ms. Kayla, Noted your response. But what's the point in contacting you now - when I have already been inconvenienced (by no fault of mine). What does CONFIRMATION mean to you ? Utterly disappointing!!!!

  My last experience with Enterprise was horrible. It all started with this location not having the car I made reservation for in-spite of having booked my reservation over a month in advance. Not to mention the reservation was for a week. I am giving 2 stars since the branch manager called me up following day & tried all she could do to make things better. Even after this experience I was thinking of renting from this location again. But after talking to regional manager it all changed. I will never rent from Enterprise again. Because I didn't get a vehicle in the class I booked for I was told I could walk in to any Enterprise location & ask for a switch. The day being a Sunday my options were less. I tried at 4 locations & everyone of them lied saying they didn't have any vehicles in class I was looking for or lower. 2 of these locations were in NJ(Lawrenceville, Trenton Mercer County Airport). When I called them just before getting there asking if they had a car available in the class I was looking for the answer I got was a yes(I didn't tell them I wanted to switch on the call). When I get there they just turned me down saying they didn't have any. When I asked the regional manager why would anyone want to waste my time & money by giving in correct information on the call, the answer I got was 'I cannot talk on behalf of others'. I wasn't expecting this kind of a response from a regional manager. Even though Enterprise claims they have lots of locations, they don't work as a team. Their goal is to maximize profits by renting all vehicles they have & customer satisfaction is not on their list anymore.

  This is good place to rent the vehicle. Prior notice will get you nice vehicle. I got a fiat 500 as SUV upgrade from full size

  The staff is friendly and service was outstanding and would highly recommend this location. simply just use this location to get a rental car.

  Poor services, I booked the full size car. I called up in the morning to confirm if someone is coming to pick me up. The CS confirmed that someone will be there at my house to pickup @ 12:30 PM but no one showed up. I called up to remind my pickup @ 12:50 but that time the guy told me that no one there to pick me up, and that time informed me also that the car I booked is not available. He asked me hold because he wanted to confirm then he dropped the call. I called up again, I was put on hold, again the call dropped after few minutes. I called up the third time, now the machine says that office is closed. I should call up Monday. So at 1:05 PM on 30th July, I don;t have information on whether I would get the car which I booked, is someone coming to pick me up or what would happen to my reservation. No one bothered to contact me either. This is totally absurd and very poor services. Will never book Enterprise and will also let my company to default this company because such poor services.

  I use Enterprise rent a car very frequently as I travel a lot. When I compare Enterprise to Hertz Enterprise wins hands down. The rules for lending are far more easy going than Hertz. The staff at the Cranbury outlet are very courteous and helpful. Cars are new and clean. To improve further I would suggest that vehicles should be always rented out with a full tank that way it's easy to return full tank. Enterprise has a loyal customer in me.

  Best location in town to rent a car , the staff was very friendly and so patient with me. The courtesy driver was so gallant and we had a great conversation on our way to the train station. I made a reservation for a economy car , they gave me a 2017 Nissan Rogue with 32 miles only at the same rate.

  I have used Enterprise for years and have been satisfied with their service. However, this particular location is not up to par with Enterprise's usual standards. I recently reserved a car here for 12 noon pickup. When I arrived at 1 pm, they did not have the car I reserved at the location and asked me to wait until they went to get a car. Once they finally had a car for me, it was dirty. I have never received a dirty car from Enterprise in the past, and this is the first time they did not have my car ready at pickup. I will not be using this location in the future.

  I needed a rental for 4 days. Enterprise picked me up on schedule, paperwork was quick and car was ready to go. return was just as easy and they drove me home.

  Everything worked out great. The crew picked me up from the body shop, and brought me to the Enterprise office for vehicle pickup. Then when I picked up my car at the body shop, I could leave the rental vehicle on the parking lot for the Enterprise crew to pick up the next day. My only complaint is that they were not using the winter windshield washer fluid, so when it got cold one night, the fluid was completely frozen.

  I have been renting from Enterprise for 12 months and I still drive the rental from Cranbury. The staff is super friendly and the rates are usually cheaper than other enterprise locations. However, the fleet is fairly small, it took me 5 tries to switch my vehicle. Another issue is upgrades, in spite of being a regular customer for 12 months, I haven't received a single free upgrade on my car. Other rental branches do offer free upgrades in case of unavailability.
