  Waited 40+ minutes for service with only 2 people in front of me only to be told that the device I wanted was sold out and could not be ordered without calling a manager.

  whatever if yinz live n die wit tech, guess this place would float your digits. juss come in here to throw the behemoth big brother Verizon some greenbacks, git the hell out. gonna switch to CREDO asap, cuz they are into a free uninhibited world wide webs!

  Poor service. Said I did not have account access to make changes to my account. Went to Raton NM and went to the other Verizon store and they told me I did. Employees seemed put out that they might have to actually work and help me. Frankly never been so happy to take my money somewhere else. Also they don't seem to keep much stock on hand so you have to wait for them to order it in.
