Your go-to gym when at the shore..because fitness shouldn't take a vacation!:)
So very welcoming; clean; great instructors; great class offeringsWonderful atmosphere; great peeps all around!
I only do group fitness classes; but they have all kinds of machines, free-weights, and trainers available..highly recommend!report this review -

Who says "Well, i guess ill serve you next since you look the most impatient"? Denise was a straight up B****, but the gym is really great! Regardless, try it out. You won't be disappointed!

Memberships are a bit pricey, buy include all classes. Locker rooms, huge amount of weights and machines so you never have a wait time. Best local gym for folks who want a wide range of equipment to choose from.

This is such a nice gym. We use it every time we visit ocean city. Good equipment, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

A nice gym with tons of machines, a nice little cardio section, and a boxing and calisthenics area, plus a hardcore niche in the free weights area. Great regulars, great staff, I feel right at home in it.

Member for 3 years. The members, owners and staff treat you like family. Group Fitness and Personal Training is wonderful. When you are here you feel like you are with family and get the encouragement you need to get fit.
