  For small get together is fine,for large gatherings it’s not good at all, my experience Not good for this banquet hall!!!

  Attended a buddy's event at Encino Banquet and Garden. The place has a chill elegance to it, perfect for LA vibes. They could up their game with the catering though. 🍽️🌿🎉

  The venue is obviously well taken care of and nice. For that I have to applaud them. The reason for my one star is for the rude, obnoxious behavior of the coordinator/floor manager. There was NO need for her to approach my pregnant wife, or kids to scold us for using a door that was unlocked that leads to the courtyard. Her aggressive rude demeanor is unacceptable. If the doors were NOT meant to be used, then please keep them locked or put up a sign saying so. Beware the pale lady with black hair. Thanks her sh*tty attitude, it brought my review from a five to a one. The venue won’t disappoint as far as it looking magnificent and well taken care of, the lady on the other hand completely brings it down.

  Very upset with the service of this venue. I had personalized cake toppers and dolls made of my husband and dogs, and when I went to grab them, their response to me was "it must have got thrown away, it's probably in the trash" without any empathy. They could have at least pretended to care. On top of that, they gave my guest a hard time for taking home the flower arrangements that WE paid for because they thought it belonged to the venue. We also paid to end the party at midnight, but the guests were being kicked out by 11:15pm. Will not recommend this venue to anyone.

  As always Herriet has always gone above and beyond to make our events fantastic!! From the set up to the service the staff provides. We use Encino Banquet Hall for my older daughters quinceañera and the place look outstanding. Now, we had our second daughter celebration and as expected everything look awesome. I can’t thank Herriet and her staff enough for all their hard work.
  Thank you, thank you Herriet and staff for a wonderful experience.
