Excited to share an update with everyone
Movement Evolution Fitness Inc is just a few months away from opening the new studio. This is us sneak peek at pole room #1 (of 2)each room holds six 45mm chrome poles 13 feet high10 feet apart. Four poles can be added to each room and with dividing walls can open up to provide 20 poles for parties and events!
There will be a third room with this size which will be the aeriel and alternative group fitness and dance room.
A 4th room will include traditional weight training equipment.
And in addition to the men's and women's locker rooms there will be a social lounge for gathering between classes.

We am so excited to welcome Lauren Delaney to the Empowerment Through Exotic Dance, Ltd Team of instructors!
Lauren is well-known in the pole dance community with years of traditional dance and pole dance experience as well as instructing, coaching and competition experience with several titles under her belt!
Lauren will be teaching beginner/intermediate pole dancing at both our Chicago Heights and New Lenox studios.
We are looking forward to having her as part of the ETEDream Team and MEFitness Family!

This is an exciting time for Chicago Pole Dance as we grow, expanding our services in Chicago Heights to include more pole dance options plus chair dance, exotic vixen dance and other aerial classes in hoop and hammock dance.
Additionally we will be offering traditional fitness training with personal trainers and group HIIT classes and more!
Pole dance classes will have more levels and options to choose from. Parties will offer up to SIXTEEN poles for you and your friends to use as you celebrate your special day.
New Lenox students will have options to cross over and train at our new Chicago Heights studio while taking weekly classes at their home base in New Lenox.
There is so much more coming we can't list it all here but keep watching for updates and newsas well as special giveaways and discounts as we get closer to our grand opening!
