  Honestly, I didn't think I was able to get THE CAR I wanted for the price I did, ever. My intentions coming into the dealer was honestly to downgrade to another model but Victor Stephens actually made it happen... If I could rate him individually would be 5 stars for sure. The dealer is in fact new and trying to make up in numbers with fees so whatever they get you to put down may double in "fees" and what not by the time you sign... if you can ask for any promo or rebates including positive equity even if its for a penny, do it!

  One word, "dishonest". I approach this dealership to purchase a hybrid that was in transit to their lot. They took my info for a deposit, but never charged my credit card. Odd. But more importantly, the salesman (Jean) promised a price for the car as "locked in". When the car arrived, they upped the price by approx. $3k. The salesman tried to make it seem like this was because I decided not to trade my old car with them. But this is really about the current state of the market and the dealership's greed. Now I am without a car and I have to start shopping all over again...after waiting more than a month to take ownership of this car. If you are looking for honest deals, you might want to avoid this dealership.
  
  Update (6/20/22) - I responded to the GM's response to this review. Sam (the GM) was helpful. He found a similar vehicle to the car from the original deal. I then worked with Jake and I think he made every effort to make sure the second transaction was smoother than the first. All things considered, I changed the original one-star rating to a three.

  Visited this place right after a negative experience at Star Hyundai in Bayside & was delightfully surprised at the experience I had here. Victor Stephens helped us out and was very honest and nice & got a very fair deal that I was happy with. We were told by the last dealership that it would be impossible to find a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid but Empire Hyundai had multiple in stock. I was able to sign a contract for the exact car I had in mind and the color I wanted too. The whole process was smooth and pretty quick (for a buying a car experience) we were able to drive home our new car the very next day. They take care of the entire process with insurance & DMV making it easier to switch to a new car. Victor has been available to help me with any questions I have with the car! He answers whenever I call or text. I would recommend this dealership and Victor to anyone looking for a new car! They are very helpful. Can’t wait to explore all the new features of my new Hyundai Tucson.

  Post sale Update: It took some time to get my plates and I tried contacting Dimitry and he was completely unresponsive. I ended up reaching out to Christina who was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions.
  
  We got our new palisade from here. Got the desired color and it arrived before the expected date. There no markups and they are very transparent with their pricing structure. Christina (finance manager) and Dimitry (sale manager) were both amazing to work with, friendly and helpful.

  I absolutely love Sofia and Christina! They were amazing caretakers of me and my family and helped us to choose the right car. I appreciate this dealership a great deal!
