Emmanuel is great! He signed us up fast and easily! He made sure that we have some of the best options for auto and homeowners insurance. This office is very responsive to answering the phone and returning calls promptly. We have been with Allstate for over a decade without any complaints!

Emmanuel is a straight shooter and very transparent. I appreciate his honesty and help with helping our family with property and casualty insurance. We had to file a claim last year and he held our hand through the entire process until we received our check. We highly recommend Allstate and Emmanuel for this very reason!

Allstate has always been our primary insurance company. For over 40 years we have stayed with Cobo and associates because they are responsive to our needs. Our last agent, Ms Young, was simply outstanding! Auto, home, flood, umbrella, we have them all with Allstate. We are still learning our new agent, but recently I submitted a claim and the results were excellent.

Highly recommend.

I've been with Allstate and Emmanuel for a few years now. I have been accustomed to great service at this office. The staff are super responsive to calls and emails! Emmanuel has saved our family time, money and effort! From adding teen drivers to even to having to file a claim, Emmanuel walked me through each challenge with a smile :)
