I ate there once and loved it. Used it once for delivery, other than the order being on time, service was not good. I didn't get a receipt upon delivery, and then when I asked what the price was he didn't know. So i wasnt sure how much cash to giveso for all I know I could have totally overpaid; which felt like i did. There were no napkins, plastic ware in the bag either. I was dog sitting 1 night so i didnt want to use their utensils if i didnt have to.

!! Very nice place treated with great respect of people of color very nice environment atmosphere and Ambience food is fantastic great place to take anyone family friend's girlfriend boyfriend it's just a really nice place

Honestly, kind of spendy, but you're in grayslake. As far as a nicer bar to become a local at, this isn't the worst choice. Usually try to stay away Fri-Sun, but I've been coming here for 7+ years consistently so I kind of have it figured out.
Can't go wrong with the pizza, wings, or turkey club.response / report this review -

Great food, its a bit hard to get a spot in the bar area, but overall the service is great despite how busy this place is. If your looking for a loud vibrant bar this is your spot.

I love dining at Emil's. Great food and service. But I've catered twice from here within the last 6 months and both times food wasn't ready. First time I had a big order and the chicken wasn't done. So u had to go back 20 min later to pick it up. Second time was a week ago. I only ordered chicken to be picked up at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:30. They seemed to have lost my ticket order. So they apologized and delivered once it was ready. I will never order catering from them again.

Food is very good. Best thin crust pie around. But don't waste your time eating or drinking there during busy weekend hours. You'll be waiting until Wednesday.

Good wraps, burgers, decent drink prices. OK for families during day time, bar area is rather loud at night for conversations. Outdoor seating is great, several heaters!

Food and service here are great! The prices are very reasonable and if you have special requests they will do their best to accommodate you. It's a nice family spot.

Turned the TVs off at 1145pm while I was watching the white sox game. I saw they closed at 1am so I thought we were fine. But we were pushed out by 12am asking if they could run my card.

Good local place to get a drink. Solid food, and a nice atmosphere. Can get a bit crowded on the weekends, but good for lunch. Clean tasting beer means clean taps and lines, plus a good variety of craft drafts.

Normally My experience here is great. Last night not so much. We were seated right away and waited on. Order was taken and when food came out, it was incorrect. My husband's burger had the wrong cheese, my prime rib was well, well done and not medium rare, sour cream and cole slaw were missing. wanted a baked potato but they were out. Very surprised, as we are always delighted.
