I was very pleased with my representation by Joel Franklin. He and his staff were compassionate and always available when I had any questions. The stress of an injury after a motor vehicle accident is overwhelming, Joel went above and beyond to take care and ease my stress. I was very pleased with the outcome, he got me my policy limits. I would highly recommend Joel Franklin and Emery Law.

I cannot say enough about this firm! I have never had to use a law firm for anything in my life. Joel and Emery Law Office were welcoming, easy to work with, and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I will never work with any other firm. Thank you all for your help! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Emery Law office and their team are amazing at what they do. They made a positive out of one of our most negative times. They are very receptive, punctual, and are very quick to get back to you for any questions. We have had a very positive outcome working with them through our tragedy. I cannot say enough on how well Joel Franklin and Melissa Emery worked for us. I appreciate everything they do and feel anyone would in a situation like ours. Thanks to them and the great efforts made!

Mr. Franklin and Emery Law Office are hands down the best! They handled my mom's car accident case in a timely manner and with excellent communication. Emails and phone calls were promptly returned, and her claim was settled quicker than any other law firm in Louisville. Hiring Emery Law was the best decision we made in 2020!!

Joel and Melissa are fantastic attorneys. They take the time to listen and understand what your concerns and needs are and how to help going forward. Joel was great through every step of the process and really understands how to work with both sides of the legal process. He is professional and caring. Highly recommend!
