Bought a premium brand rifle from them that did not perform. I tried to resolve it with the manufacturer and got no satisfaction. Elk County Arms stood behind what they sold me. They took the rifle back and sold me another premium brand rifle (Cooper) that I am very happy with. It is rare these days to find good people like these folks. I will buy from them again and recommend them to all my shooting friends.

ZACH went out of his way to assist me in looking for a 243 win. He even cleaned a barrel on a used Sako n held a rifle over nite.

Drove 4 hours to pick up a gun I won at a gun bash raffle which said I could exchange it for store credit which I did. They were patient and didn't rush me and I went to lunch and think about what I wanted. Their prices are lower than average on everything. I walked around the store and it's cheaper than our local outfitter. Will visit again and do online business with them in the future.

Very rude customer service. The guys were hitting on my wife right in front of me and were insinuating sexual gestures towards her. They laughed and joked after I had asked them to be courteous. Very unprofessional. .

Elk County is the worst gun store I have ever tried to deal with. Greg tried to bribe me out of $30 and threatened me multiple times if I didn't pay. I highly recommend doing business with anyone else, but these guys. Totally unprofessional and rude to the point of being offensive. Worst customer support EVER!
