Ive been reading the reviews and I’m sorry but these people are WRONG. I’ve been a client of Elizabeth’s for 15 years now and her team is amazing. Not to mention how fast the repair service is, they have a bench jeweler on site who repairs at an instant. My entire collection is from Elizabeth! I trust her blindly totally recommend !! Elizabeth Is a amazing jewelry shop they have a great staff and are always on point with all their customers. I chose them as my go to jewelry shop and never want to shop with anyone but go Elizabeth. NYC come and check them out you won’t regret it.

Today I went to buy a ring for my mother, and the person who attended me was very kind, he offered to engrave his initials inside the ring at no extra cost and I clean my jewelry for free. Excellent customer service.
