This company was recommended by a window installer for the price and quality and quick turnaround time. The windows were installed and I do like the look and feel of them, and are pretty close to the so-called 'high quality' name brands I have used before. There is room for improvement in the screens provided (hence one star gone). Most all were poorly screened, the screen was very loose and sometimes 'saggy' and not very visually pleasing. This is a rental and I only noticed this after all windows were installed, but if I had been around when windows were delivered, I would have sent the 'worst' screens back to get screened correctly. Of course having 'too tight' screen material will warp the frame, but I was able to remove the spline and trim close to 1/2" of material off on some of the screens and frames were fine and now looked 'professional', no more saggy screens. Windows very good, screens not so good.
