  Pro: good customer service line - especially when you are booking, so compared to other companies, it gives you a sense of assurance.
  Con: the drivers are individuals, so each time you get different driver with their own limos/party buses. If lucky, you get a good driver and be on time, and treats you well. If not, then you just have to deal with it.
  Con 2: poor communication from the company to the drivers. Facts: we book for EDC round trip for two days. Requested 8pm pick up at Aria resort. The driver was 1hr late and he claimed it was EDC, no control of traffic. And he told us to meet at another location, claimed Aria won’t allow him to park, we wanted him to wait for 10mins he said no. Lastly, we expected a sign with our group name on the bus, the driver said “I can put one if you like?”

  I will start with I am a local (From Vegas - So I have been around the block when it comes to party buses). I booked a party bus for my wedding day. They called and cancelled the day after because they gave me a "deal" that no longer worked for them (I would have paid the larger amount without question). They lied and said the bus was no longer available due to maintenance, which I know was not the case as I contacted the driver directly. Sylvia had absolutely zero remorse for ruining the week before my wedding with unnecessary stress. I would never deal with this company. They are liars, cheaters and will ruin your big event. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  My husband and I got married this past weekend. Due to COVID we wanted us and our guest to have a great time without the hassle of being around a lot of people. We truly enjoyed ourselves on Elite transportation. The bus was clean and very well put together. Christine was an amazing driver and gave us an awesome tour of the city. She was such a nice person and the ride was pretty smooth. We didn’t even know we were on a party bus. It truly felt like our own private club experience. Elite transportation helped make our turn up experience even greater. Thank you #griffincrew

  Alan was great! He picked us up on time and was very accommodating. Great prices, clean bus and he had cups and ice there for us! So much fun, my friends and I had a great time.

  Elite transportation did an outstanding job. This was my third company I called. They were outstanding from the first call to final drop off.
  
  At the office, Sylvia was such a pleasure to work with . She accommodated all my requests and kept in close contact with me for my reservation. Her responses were quick and covered every single detail. I knew exactly what to expect for our party bus! The party bus is pristine and has the best sound system and overall best experience!
  
  On our night out, our driver nick was purely professional and pleasant. He was right on time. (Actually 15 minutes before pick up time) and was very considerate and attentive. The ride was smooth and we even had his number for pick up!
  
  This business is overall excellent.. and Sylvia does a great job from the beginning. She makes you feel like you have know here for years!!
