  I paid to have my rav4 cleaned on the inside as well. Awful job! May have vaced the floors,but didnt touch doors or dash. NOTHING was wiped down at all. Had to go to kroger to buy some armoral wipes to finish their job. I just wish i would have checked the job before i tipped them!

  Got in my truck there was still dust on the dash and on my radio, they spent 10 minutes "detailing" the inside. Could've done a better job by myself in five minutes. Got them a shot, definitely will not go back.

  I love this place! Long (and gross) story short, I tried to bring a stray cat home who got sick all over my passenger seat. I tried to clean it at home but couldnt get the smell out. Brought my car here and they did a wonderful job cleaning my seat, I couldnt tell it ever happened and it cost me way less than I thought it would which is always a plus!

  The first time I went there was with my 2014 vette after returning home I found that the rubber air dam under the front end had been torn off cost me $65 to replace
  The second (and last) time I took my Nissan Titan when I got home I had to reclean all of the windows and clean all the wheels

  Definitely respect what they are trying to do here. The owner is a hard worker, and their staff and always courteous. Not faulting them for working very hard to provide good customer service. However, the wash itself, and hand dry, is only slightly better than a gas station wash and definitely not as good as Mikes Car Wash, or a home "DIY" wash. My wife and I have probably used them a total of 10 times or so, and for the price ($13 or $14?) I shouldn't have to come home and spray wax my entire car in order to make it look acceptable...but I have to. There just isn't enough soap in the wash itself and I'm not sure if they have a clear coat but it doesn't coat much of anything. The hand dry is a nice touch (making up for the lack of auto dryers) but again I usually have to put in 15-20 min on my own to make it look super clean. At the end of the day, Mike's is far and above a better wash, but its farther away too. And, for the record I still spray wax after a Mike's wash, but I'm just like that. For a winter-knock the grime off wash and dry Elegant will probably get the job done. If you want your vehicle spotless and turning heads, hand wash and wax at home.
