The most disorganized CRM out there. Do not waste your money on this! We have been trying to change our workflow emails for nearly 2 months now. Just when we think we're making some progress we get an email from someone new asking us to forward our request to them because they cannot find it. Why does something so simple have to be so complicated?! After reading some reviews it's very apparent that many are having the same issues. It seems the only positive reviews are from employees who work there, (or "show up" there for work).

Elead has the WORST CRM product on the market. Superbly inferior by every metric! If your dealership is looking to save a few dollars and gain a headache, then Elead has you covered! Their CRM is not streamlined, nor efficient; it's highly redundant, more time is needed to navigate, and additional data entry is needed in every step of the process when pushing information over. I wouldn't recommend using this product even if it was offered for free. No respectable dealership should have to suffer with this CRM.

Really wish 0 stars was a thing. Not sure about the work environment but not sounding good based on reviews. I really just wanted to comment on the product. The Elead CRM is absolute trash! We have had it for about 5 months and continue to have problem after problem. They always say "We are working on it" but nothing gets fixed. We are still waiting for issues to be fixed from day 1 of on boarding with them. The people that answer when you call for help are nice but are unable to help with anything and have to open a case. The case never resolves the issue. The have told us many times that something was corrected and the case was closed. Upon follow up they always lied. The issues were never fixed. Please do not waste time and money on this CRM. It is not worth it!

I can say that this job is probably the only company willing to work with life's demands that come up unexpectedly as far as attendance and scheduling. They have helped me with schedule changes several times throughout the year to make being a single mom and working a little more manageable. My TL and my manager have went above and beyond to help me become a better employee and a better person. They continue to push me more each day and they never give up on me as an individual.

The only thing I hope improves is that every inbound CSR be trained in at least one outbound campaign so that the stress of outbound is divided evenly among all when we are slow or when outbound needs the help.

Communication has improved greatly since working remotely and slack has helped tremendously with being able to get help fast. Positive changes has made it a better place to work!!

What I really don't seem to understand is how someone can come to the company with double digit years of experience start out in groud level like everyone else. Not ask for any special treatment or position that they believe they deserve. Be #1 out if 999 for 3.5 years Straight Years, try to advance themselves and personally do favors for the highest level of management ie. Be the most positive person in the call center and example of how they want others to be and outgoing No Matter What! Then be released from the company after it was purchased from another company (in which he had a hand in helping). All because of Rumors and gossip! Given a random drug test to try and prove the Ludacris rumors n Gossip, Pass It not once But Twice & Never Seen on Video t(that is recording 24\7 Then given 2 weeks of full pay and Unemployment for 6 Months. You would think things would be allot different. Till u find out later that because you are helping the director (of the upper management) you would Not be allowed to Advance (n just flat out because they didn't like you). Come down to just basics that you use a version for everything that they are worth and they try their hard out for you and then when you're tired they're done with you and they kick you to the girl like a piece of useless trash!
