Great facility, clean on a quiet area of the beach. Got in once with my British Army ID but wasn't allowed in second time around (week later), american military only.
But from the first experience, if you're looking for somewhere quiet and space then this will be an ideal beach for you..american military and relations of course.

We go to this beach pretty often. $5 to park but the pavilion is huge. Restrooms, indoor/outdoor showers, and lots of picnic tables. It's a great place to host an outdoor event since it is so big. Volleyball court on the beach is an added bonus. There is a bit of a walk down to the water so I would limit the number of items you carry down with you.

This is a favorite area for my family when we want beach time with small crowds.

Good location for a low crowd beach. The water here usually isn't as nice as other beaches. Worth the $3 during the week.

This beach came recommended by a friend who is a local. The beach itself is extremely clean and not crowded. The beach has a shallow entrance for many yards. The water was not so clear on our first day but the following day, it was crystal clear. Very beautiful. I'm docking a star for the cost. They charge $5 but they close at 5PM. The bathroom facilities could also use an update. The showers in particular. The toilets themselves were clean. For $5, I think the times could be extended and the showers could be more clean. Other than that, it's an excellent location and a beautiful beach.

The only reason I chose to give four stars instead of five is the fact that they charge for parking. I do not really mind since it likely funds keeping this beach in great shape. The bathrooms are nicer than many of the other beaches around with shower stalls, etc. There never seems to be much filth or trash anywhere on the pavilions or beach.

I love that this beach is less busy than others and the parking lot is never full. The pavilions are great for gatherings and shade and there are plenty of activities such as volleyball available.

This is a very nice beach, quiet and clean. I'm withholding a star, because the staff needs education regarding service animals. An employee stopped me and stated that service animals must be wearing vests.

The Americans with disabilities act is pretty clear, I think.
