Was looking for something to send to someone who is really struggling with their dog being put down today. I know she loves fruit, and flowers, so I decided an edible arrangement would be perfect. Did some googling to see if I could set up a delivery myself, but I was unable to figure it out for some reason (really, I just got lazy) but thankfully when I picked up the phone Jasmine answered. She was so helpful and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish, and even set my delivery as one of the first ones because the recipient is off work 2 hours after they start delivering. And bless her heart, she even helped me figure out what to say because I really couldn't think of the right words. Jasmine was Awesome! And I'll definitely use EA more often because of her. Thank You Jasmine! Madison is gunna love it :)
This place sucks I payed extra to have something sent to my girl at her work then they for get to put the time down that I told them and they tell me that the best they can do is have it delivered by 8clock what kind of BS is that
February 13, 2018. Only got 2 stars because my arrangement did end up getting delivered.
I called at 10am to have a delivery made to my sister (a kindergarten teacher) on her birthday during her class time so she would have a fun surprise during her day. I called to make sure that it would be delivered before she left the school for the day (3:30pm). I was told they would leave within 20-30 minutes while on the phone-- only after being put on hold for 10 minutes. But that was fine, I was happy.
I selected a birthday arrangement because it's my sister's BIRTHDAY. Well, I was only able to select from the Valentines arrangements which is convenient for them because they're all much more expensive!
At 3pm I receive a call that they are just now on their way. They got it to her just minutes before she left the school.
This company is supposed to be a service that brings joy to gifting and making other people day's better. This was the worst experience.
If I could I would give a MINUS 10. Worst customer service ever. My grandson ( who is in the military) orders for his Mother & Me(grandmother).chronological order follows:
Sunday 5/14/17 attempted deliver at 240pm
We arrived home at 3 pm(did not know we were getting delivery)
Called store, will contact driver and get order to you....was told he had ordered X2 as she called me by his Mothers name. Called to see if his Mom had gotten hers..as I was speaking to her delivery arrived..she told them "you just missed his grandmother" We live 10 mnts apart.
6:30pm called store again.."We are REALLY busy, had over 500 orders today" but we will get your order to you tonight.
7:36pm They called me..so sorry we are so busy you are a re delivery, we will get there as soon as they load the truck...I thought my delivery was already on truck riding around😡
10 pm turned off porch light, sent review to store not very happy.
Monday morning, thought I would get a call..NO..Waited until noon called them, Kimmi answered relayed My dissatisfaction..and stated "your customer service sucks"..she hung up, called back she hung up again..My husband called..she spoke to him and said I swore at her..he corrected her and told her "sucks" is not a cure word and explained that he felt she took it personally.
She said our order would be delivered today,
He called again at 2:30 to verify we would receive order..she said yes we would.
5:34 pm still no order..Have placed call to corporate, will file a complaint with BBB..
I worked with the public my entire working life..the first thing you learn is " The customer is ALWAYS right..even when they are wrong.
I will tell anyone and everyone what terrible experience this has been and hopefully Corporate will take necessary action to correct this..from other reviews this is not an isolated incident.
What really ticks me off is my Grandson risks his life on a daily basis for less than

I wohld give 0 stars I place an order yesterday at 3 o'clock and they have no record of it and cannot find it standing in the store for 30 minutes on Mother's Day only thing my wife asked for and they can't provide it yet I payed for it never go here ever.. Unless you like disappointment
I had a very bad experience here. I placed an order for a Mothers Day fruit basket to pick up today at 10am. Only to find out that the order didn't go through, they said we should have gotten an email and phone calls which we didn't get either of those. We were charged the full amount either way. There were 4 employees there today and all of them were clueless not knowing where my order was.. for paying over $100 I would expect they would take care of their customers a little better. I am not coming back to purchase from this company ever again.
Had an issue with our arrangement from mothers day, when we called customer service they said that we would get a call back from a store manager in within 24-48 hours... we never received a call and when we called customer service back it said that our issue had been resolved... we were supposed to get a call again from this location and never heard from them, so finally corporate office arranged for a refund for such poor customer service on the stores end... the arrangement was just ok, the fruit was rather sour and it was missing a piece... will never go back to this location again!!!

i had ordered "the best valantines day gift" to be delivered to my girlfriend because i unfortunately had to work 10hours on valantines day. first the delivery driver called her, well before the delivery so it was not a surprise as i intended, that is somewhat understandable. But upon her calling me to thank me i asked how she liked the bear, ballons, note etc. none of which was included in the delivery. it was suppose came with a bear, a personalized note, baloons, and the arrangments. this is my first time being a customer and had an awful expirience with 75% of my order missing. i called the store and was on hold for the majority of the time, with a total call length of 15+ min on the phone. they came back and said we can give you $20 credit back to your card, thats less than 16% of what i spent for 75% of my order being missing. very disatisfied and would not reccomend!
We just love the Edible Arrangements Store (#474) in the Kohl's shopping plaza on Bell Road near Litchfield Road in Surprise, AZ! When we walk in for a treat while we are shopping nearby, the shop is always spotless and cheerful, and we are waited on promptly. There is always a nice selection of goodies to take with us.
Over the years, Ashley Ochs, the owner, and her staff, have been very helpful to us. We have sent arrangements to our mother in a nursing home in nearby Peoria and to family in Michigan for a funeral. Everything was handled with such care and compassion; they made everything easy for us.

We've gotten deliveries from this Edible Arrangement store many times. We have loved every arrangement we've ever ordered! Their fruit products are always top quality, the arrangements are beautiful and delicious, their shop is cute and clean, and above all their SERVICE is outstanding! Their staff is friendly and helpful, and address any questions or issues right away. Kudos to the staff!
As important to me though, is that this is a LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED small business, not some big franchise owner adding one more store-notch to his belt. Some other store owners run 10 or more stores... great for them I guess, but I think the personal touch of a community store owner - and the care they put into their product and image is lost. I totally support local business owners like this one and love to see our community and economy grow.... and with product and service THIS GOOD... this Edible Arrangements store is a WIN-WIN for everyone.
