  I cannot tell you how bad the customer service is for this organization. But I will try. I online ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered on Valentines day. The person I delivered them to was working until 5:00, and strawberries are perishable. The website said to call with delivery time requests. I called this store location and received the voicemail 8 different times. Furthermore, the voicemail was full so you couldn't even leave a message. I tried calling corporate to no avail (they acted like this was status quo and did not seem the least bit concerned). To put this in perspective, the total price of the strawberries was ~$60, and they can't put one person on the phone during their busiest day?
  
  I know this sounds like a rant, but please just be aware of what you are signing up for before you pay your hard earned money. Very disappointed with this location, and the brand in general. I laugh at the thought of ever going with this company again.

  Thieves! Buyer beware! My wife recently ordered an arrangement from this store but she made a mistake and ordered a huge arrangement for like 20 people or more. I immediately called and explained the situation. I was told it was already out for delivery so nothing could be done (it was less than 15 minutes after the order was placed.) Over an hour later the delivery person showed up but needed my wife's signature because I tried to cancel the order. When I tried to explain the mistake to her,that we didn't want such a huge arrangement she asked if I like to see it. When she opened the truck to show it to me it fell out and smashed in the parking lot. Her reaction was "I guess you really don't want it now." She then called her boss and after about 10 minutes told me that i should expect a full refund. I have called and talked to the manager to no avail. Corporate tried to get me a refund and she refused. I have had to dispute the purchase with paypal and now this store is lying to paypal and saying the delivery was successful. This is a $750 order. I got no arrangement and no refund. I will never use them again and urge you to find a different store.
  Update: paypal had to refund my money, it took almost 2 weeks and the manager was still trying to steal that money. Horrible customer service.
