Recently just had a batchlor party at this course. The course was a lot of fun it's self but it's management and it's owner we're garbage and trying to scam us out for "damages". I had a reservation for 13 people and for warned them that we would be slow as that we were out here just for fun. The staff fallowed us and watched us like Hawks the entire day. In the end the owner came running out of the woods (spying on us) clamming he seen us smashing in to each other the last 2 holes. And that we caused over $350 in damage to one cart. In which we certainly did not cause the damages. We were escorted out and the sheriff's Dept was called. We tried to make a deal with the owner even though we didn't do it. He wouldn't budge. So the cops took both sides statements and advised for him to just negotiate with us. They walked around 20 different carts and half of them were damaged to some sort. So it was hard to prove that we did anything since it could have been very likely that it was pre-existing. In the end he ended up settled on $100 for our "damage" and to never see us again. Garbage, scammer is what he was.
Affordable with great views around the Fox river. Up keep is alright
great course for a decent price. challenging all around, well maintained, with many difficult greens.
Edgewood Pines course was a really fun time. The course was very eye apealling and intriguing. Not every hole is the same and I like that.
Loved this course. Definitely different than most courses in the area. Challenging and beautiful. Played the oaks and enjoyed it a lot. Will have to try the pines!
Oh man oh man - 36 holes, built in 1969 - family owned and operated. I love historical - old style designs, let you shape shots, the hole is right in front of you - great fast greens - there are not enough O's in good to describe Edgewood.
Ice cold beer with my Angus beef burger - how can it get any better? I tell you how - they have a price guarantee deal - outstanding. And for Yankees, they treat us Texans like we are family.
Very nice set of courses. Love the island hole on the North side.
This course has got some good deals and a great variety of holes, There's a few areas (mainly on the Pines Front Nine) where you feel like you're on a municipal golf course and then the next hole gives you a Scottish feel. And there's some other holes on the back nine of the Pines and the front nine of the Oaks where you'll be having a hilly experience and then you'll get a lot of water like southern Florida golf courses. I'd definitely come back here. The Oaks back nine is a must play
nice course good price
